Claims (10)
- 표면 상에 알칼리 탈막형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판으로서,
상기 윤활 피막이
(A) 중량 평균 분자량 50,000~500,000의 폴리에틸렌옥시드와, (B) (X) 스티렌계 탄화수소 화합물 또는 탄소수 3 이상의 올레핀계 탄화수소 화합물과 (Y) 상기 (X)와 공중합 가능한 카르복실산 무수물기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물 및/또는 카르복시기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물의 공중합체로서, 상기 공중합체에 포함되는 상기 카르복실산 무수물기 또는 상기 카르복시기의 일부 또는 전부는 암모니아 변성, 이미드화 또는 알코올에 의한 블록화가 되어 있어도 되는 공중합체를 함유하고, 상기 (B)의 상기 (A) 및 상기 (B)의 합계에 대한 질량 비율이 5 질량% 초과 50 질량% 미만인 제1층과
상기 제1층 상에 설치된 동점도 3~32 ㎟/s(40℃)의 오일 성분을 함유하는 오일층으로 이루어지는 제2층을 가지며,
상기 (A) 및 상기 (B)의 합계 부착량이 0.1~1.0 g/㎡이고, 또한 상기 오일층의 부착량이 0.1~3.0 g/㎡인 알칼리 탈막형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (X) 스티렌계 탄화수소 화합물 또는 탄소수 3 이상의 올레핀계 탄화수소 화합물이 스티렌, 이소부틸렌 및 프로필렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이고, 상기 카르복실산 무수물기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물 및/또는 카르복시기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물이 말레산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수말레산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 카르복실산 무수물기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물 및/또는 카르복시기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물이 말레산이고,
상기 공중합체 중의 상기 말레산에 유래하는 카르복시기의 0 몰% 초과 50 몰% 이하가 탄소수 1~4의 알코올로 블록화되어 있는 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 카르복실산 무수물기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물 및/또는 카르복시기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물이 무수말레산이고,
상기 공중합체 중의 상기 무수말레산에 유래하는 카르복실산 무수물기의 개환에 의해 발생하는 카르복시기의 0 몰% 초과 50 몰% 이하가 탄소수 1~4의 알코올로 블록화되어 있는 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 카르복실산 무수물기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물 및/또는 카르복시기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물이 무수말레산이고,
상기 공중합체 중의 상기 무수말레산에 유래하는 카르복실산 무수물기의 적어도 일부가 이미드화되어 있는 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판의 강종이 용융 아연, 합금화 용융 아연, 전기 아연 및 전기 합금 아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 아연 또는 합금 아연계 도금 강판인 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1층이 추가로 Li, Mg, Al, Ca, Mn, Zn, Si, P, W, Zr 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속을 산화물, 수산화물 또는 염의 상태로 함유하고, 상기 산화물, 상기 수산화물 및 상기 염(C)의 합계 질량이 상기 (A), 상기 (B) 및 상기 (C)의 합계 질량에 대해 0.01 질량%~10 질량%이며, 또한 상기 (A), 상기 (B) 및 상기 (C)의 합계 부착량이 0.1~1.0 g/㎡인 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판. - (A) 중량 평균 분자량 50,000~500,000의 폴리에틸렌옥시드와,
(B) (X) 스티렌계 탄화수소 화합물 또는 탄소수 3 이상의 올레핀계 탄화수소 화합물과 (Y) 상기 (X)와 공중합 가능한 카르복실산 무수물기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물 및/또는 카르복시기를 갖는 중합성 불포화 화합물의 공중합체로서, 상기 카르복시기의 일부는 암모니아 변성, 이미드화 또는 알코올에 의한 블록화가 되어 있어도 되는 공중합체를 함유하고,
상기 (B)의 상기 (A) 및 상기 (B)의 합계에 대한 질량 비율이 5 질량% 초과 50 질량% 미만인, 강판 상에 윤활 피막을 형성하기 위한 조성물. - 제8항에 있어서,
추가로 Li, Mg, Al, Ca, Mn, Zn, Si, P, W, Zr 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속을 산화물, 수산화물 또는 염의 상태로 함유하고, 또한 상기 산화물, 상기 수산화물 및 상기 염(C)의 합계 질량이 상기 (A), 상기 (B) 및 상기 (C)의 합계 질량에 대해 0.01 질량%~10 질량%인 조성물. - 제8항에 기재된 조성물을 상기 (A) 및 상기 (B)의 합계 부착량이 0.1~1.0 g/㎡가 되도록 강판 위에 도포하여 제1층을 형성하는 공정, 또는 제9항에 기재된 조성물을 상기 (A), 상기 (B) 및 상기 (C)의 합계 부착량이 0.1~1.0 g/㎡가 되도록 강판 위에 도포하여 제1층을 형성하는 공정과
상기 제1층 위에 동점도 3~32 ㎟/s(40℃)의 오일 성분을 함유하는 조성물을 오일층의 부착량이 0.1~3.0 g/㎡가 되도록 도포하여 상기 오일층으로 이루어지는 제2층을 형성하는 공정을 구비하는, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알칼리 가용형 윤활 피막을 갖는 강판의 제조방법.
