Claims (17)
- (1) 지지체의 적어도 일면에 나노섬유를 포함하는 3차원 네트워크 형상의 섬유웹층을 형성하는 단계;
(2) 상기 섬유웹층 상에 고분자 용액을 처리하여 고분자 지지층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(3) 상기 고분자 지지층 상에 친수성 선택층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (1) 단계의 섬유웹층은 나노섬유 형성성분을 포함하는 방사원액을 지지체상에 전기방사하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유 형성성분은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르 공중합체(PFA)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(FEP)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌-퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르 공중합체(EPE)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ETFE)계, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE)계, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ECTFE)계 및 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVDF)계로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 불소계 고분자물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 방사원액은 나노섬유 형성성분을 5 ~ 50중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 방사원액의 용매는 γ-부티로락톤, 사이클로핵사논, 3-헥사논, 3-헵타논, 3-옥타논, N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, 디메틸포름아마이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전기방사는 방사팩과 부직포까지의 거리 5 ~ 50cm에서 0.5 ~ 100kV의 전압으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (2) 단계의 고분자 용액은 폴리술폰계 고분자, 폴리아미드계 고분자, 폴리이미드계 고분자, 폴리에스테르계 고분자, 올레핀계 고분자, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리벤조이미다졸 고분자 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 고분자 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (3) 단계의 친수성 선택층은 폴리아미드계, 폴리피페라진계, 폴리페닐렌 디아민계, 폴리클로로 페닐렌 디아민계, 폴리벤지딘계로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막 제조방법. - 지지체;
상기 지지체의 적어도 일면에 형성된 나노섬유를 포함하는 3차원 네트워크 형상의 섬유웹층;
상기 섬유웹층 상에 형성된 고분자 지지층; 및
상기 고분자 지지층상에 형성된 친수성 선택층;을 포함하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는 직물 또는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 지지층은 폴리술폰계 고분자, 폴리아미드계 고분자, 폴리이미드계 고분자, 폴리에스테르계 고분자, 올레핀계 고분자, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 고분자 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 섬유웹층은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르 공중합체(PFA)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(FEP)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌-퍼플루오로알킬 비닐 에테르 공중합체(EPE)계, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ETFE)계, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE)계, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ECTFE)계 및 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVDF)계로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 불소계 고분자 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 섬유웹층의에 포함된 나노섬유의 평균 직경은 50 ~ 1000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 섬유웹층의 두께는 1 ~ 100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 선택층은 폴리아미드계, 폴리피페라진계, 폴리페닐렌 디아민계, 폴리클로로 페닐렌 디아민계, 폴리벤지딘계로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 역삼투막은 2,000ppm 염화나트륨 수용액의 25℃, 225psi 압력조건에서 15 gfd 이상의 투과유량 및 99.4% 이상의 염제거율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노섬유웹층을 포함하는 역삼투막. - 제9항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 역삼투막을 포함하는 역삼투 모듈.
