Abstract
일 예로, 제 1, 2 전극판 및 세퍼레이터가 적층 또는 권취된 전극 조립체; 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 케이스; 및 상기 제 1, 2 전극판과 연결된 제 1, 2 전극 탭을 포함하는 이차 전지에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극 탭은 97 내지 98.5 wt%의 알루미늄(Al), 1 내지 3 wt%의 철(Fe) 및 1 wt%보다 작은 불순물을 포함하는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지가 개시된다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에서 제 1 전극 탭에 적용되는 알루미늄 합금의 실시예와 비교예의 결정립 사이즈를 관찰한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 이차 전지에서 제 1 전극 탭에 적용되는 알루미늄 합금의 실시에와 비교예의 절곡 후 표면 상태를 관찰한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 제 1, 2 전극판 및 세퍼레이터가 적층 또는 권취된 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 케이스; 및
상기 제 1, 2 전극판과 연결된 제 1, 2 전극 탭을 포함하는 이차 전지에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극 탭은 97 내지 98.5 wt%의 알루미늄(Al), 1 내지 3 wt%의 철(Fe) 및 1 wt%보다 작은 불순물을 포함하는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄(Al)은 97 내지 98 wt%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 불순물은 실리콘(Si) 및 구리(Cu) 중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘(Si)은 0.15 wt%보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 구리(Cu)는 0.05 wt%보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 5 내지 10㎛의 결정립 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 80 내지 110 N/mm2의 인장강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 17 내지 38%의 연신율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 180도 절곡시 최대 13 내지 30회 절곡 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 50 내지 65 %IACS의 전기 전도율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 68 내지 85Ω/Km의 저항율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
