Claims (2)
- 도금 부착량이 한면당 30g/m2 이상 90g/m2 이하이며 Fe농도가 질량%로 20% 이하임과 동시에 표면 조도 Ra가 0.8㎛ 이하인 도금 피막을 적어도 한면에 가지는 합금화용융아연도금강재를 3.0×102℃/s 이상의 승온 속도로 8.0×102℃ 이상 9.5×102℃이하의 온도영역으로 가열하여 해당 온도영역에서의 체재 시간을 2초 이하로 하고 1.5×102℃/s 이상의 냉각 속도로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화용융아연도금 열처리 강재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도금 피막중에 질량%로 0.05% 이상, 0.35% 이하의 Al을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화용융아연도금 열처리 강재의 제조 방법.
