도 1 및 도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 구동모터의 냉각유닛을 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 냉각매체를 유동시키기 위한 냉각 루트를 형성하고 있는 모터 하우징 내에 고정자를 배치하고, 상기 고정자의 내측에 일정 공극을 두고 회전자를 배치하며, 상기 회전자의 양측 단부에 권선 코일의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 엔드 코일 커버를 장착하고 있는 구동모터에서,
상기 엔드 코일 커버에는 상기 회전자의 회전으로서 주변 공기의 난류를 발생시키는 난류 발생부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터의 냉각유닛. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 난류 발생부에 의해 발생된 상기 엔드 코일 커버 주변 공기의 난류로서 상기 고정자의 권선 코일 엔드 부위를 직접적으로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터의 냉각유닛. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 난류 발생부는,
상기 회전자의 회전 샤프트를 중심에 두고 상기 엔드 코일 커버의 표면에 방사 상으로 배치되는 다수 개의 블레이드들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터의 냉각유닛. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 블레이드들이 팬 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터의 냉각유닛. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 난류 발생부는,
상기 회전자의 회전 샤프트를 중심에 두고 상기 엔드 코일 커버의 표면에 방사 상으로 형성되는 다수 개의 그루브들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터의 냉각유닛. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 난류 발생부는,
상기 엔드 코일 커버의 표면에 표면 거칠기를 부여한 요철(凹凸)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터의 냉각유닛.
