Claims (10)
- 필요에 따라 사전-건조된 천연 전분을 95 중량% 또는 그 초과, 바람직하게는, 98 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는, 99 중량%의 건물 함량 (dry matter content)으로 열 처리함으로써 생성된 열 억제된 전분 및 전분 가루로서, 필요에 따라 사전-건조된 상기 천연 전분이 100℃ 초과의 생성물 온도에서 적어도 0.1 부피% 산소의 존재하에 나선형 진동 컨베이어에서 열-처리됨을 특징으로 하는 전분 및 전분 가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열 처리가 적어도 0.5 부피% 산소의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 열 처리가 적어도 5 부피% 산소의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 처리가 적어도 10 부피% 산소의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 처리가 대기 산소의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 처리가 150 내지 200℃의 생성물 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 열 처리가 155 내지 175℃의 생성물 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립형임을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5 중량% 미만, 바람직하게는, 2 중량% 미만의 아밀로오스 함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전분.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 아밀로펙틴-풍부 옥수수 전분임을 특징으로 하는 전분.
