Claims (6)
- 무수말레인산으로 변성된 폴리에틸렌 20 ~ 40중량부;
고밀도 폴리에틸렌 5 ~ 15중량부;
저밀도 폴리에틸렌 10 ~ 20중량부;
선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 5 ~ 15중량부;
에틸렌비닐아세테이트 15 ~ 25중량부;
부타디엔러버 1 ~ 10중량부; 및
스티렌에틸렌부타디엔스티렌 1 ~ 10중량부를 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 변성 폴리에틸렌은, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌에 상기 무수말레인산과 과산화물을 첨가한 후 압출하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 용융흐름지수(190℃, 2.16kg)는 10 ~ 50g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 변성 폴리에틸렌의 용융흐름지수(190℃, 2.16kg)는 5 ~ 40g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분체 도료 조성물의 평균 입자 크기는 150 ~ 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
안료, 분산안정제, 자외선 안정제, 가소제, 및 산화방지제 중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
