Claims (14)
- 철, 특히 주철로부터 제조된 지하 배관 요소(underground piping element)(7)를 위한 외부 코팅(outer coating)(9)으로서,
상기 외부 코팅(9)은 제1 다공성 층(11) 및, 상기 제1 층(11) 상에 배치되고, 상기 제1 층(11)의 기공을 메울(plug) 수 있는 제2 다공성 층(13)을 가지고,
상기 외부 코팅(9)은,
- 상기 제1 층(11)이 실질적으로 순수한 아연 또는 아연 합금 또는 슈도-합금(pseudo-alloy)을 포함하고, 상기 합금 또는 슈도-합금은, 질량의 측면에서, 적어도 50 % 아연, 및 바람직하게 0.5 %와 40 % 사이의 알루미늄을 포함하고,
- 상기 제2 층(13)이, 물에 분산되거나 용해되거나, 유화된 적어도 하나의 합성 수지로부터 제조된, 수상에서 하나의 구성요소 페인트(a one-component paint in the aqueous phase made from at least one synthetic resin emulsified, dispersed or dissolved in water)를 포함하는 것,
을 특징으로 하는, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 합성 수지는, 아크릴, 스티렌 아크릴, 염화 비닐과 같은 할라이드 비닐, 폴리비닐 염화 아크릴레이트, 염화 비닐리덴과 같은 비닐리덴 할라이드, 비닐, 메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 목록으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 중합체 또는 적어도 하나의 공중합체로부터 제형화된 것인, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 층(11)은, 0 %와 5 % 사이, 바람직하게 0.5 %와 3 % 사이의 각각의 질량 농도로, 마그네슘 및/또는 구리 및/또는 은을 포함하는 것인, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 층(11)은, 적어도 200 g/m2, 바람직하게 적어도 350 g/m2, 예를 들어 대략 350 g/m2의 표면 밀도를 가지는 것인, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 층(13)은, 어떠한 유기 용매 또는 공-용매, 특히 탄화수소로부터 유도된 용매 또는 공-용매를 가지지 않고, 비스페놀이 없는 것(the second layer (13) has no organic solvent or co-solvent, in particular solvent or co-solvent derived from hydrocarbons, and without bisphenol)인, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 층(13)은, 살균성 및/또는 부동태화 작용을 가지고, 사람 소비를 위해 의도된 물과 접촉할 수 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 활성 성분을 포함하는 것인, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 층(13)은, 120 g/m2와 350 g/m2 사이의 건조 표면 밀도를 가지는 것인, 외부 코팅(9).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 외부 코팅(9)을 포함하는, 지하에 위치되도록 설계된, 철, 특히 주철로부터 제조된, 코팅된 배관 요소(1).
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는, 지하에 위치되도록 설계된, 철, 특히 주철로부터 제조된 배관 요소(7) 상의 외부 코팅(9)을 증착시키기 위한 방법:
a) 실질적으로 순수한 아연 또는 아연 합금 또는 슈도-합금을 포함하는 제1 다공성 층(11)의 배관 요소(7) 상에, 바람직하게 전기 아크(electric arc)에 의해, 금속화에 의한 증착 단계로서, 상기 합금 또는 슈도-합금은, 질량의 측면에서, 적어도 50 % 아연, 및 바람직하게 0.5 %와 40 % 사이의 알루미늄을 포함하는 것인, 단계, 및
b) 물에 분산되거나 용해되거나, 유화된 적어도 하나의 합성 수지로부터 제조된, 수상에서 하나의 구성요소 페인트를 포함하는 제2 다공성 층(13)의, 백색 백화(white efflorescence)로 뒤덮이지 않는, 상기 제1 층(11) 상의 증착 단계.
- 제9항에 있어서,
단계 b)에서, 상기 적어도 하나의 합성 수지는, 아크릴, 스티렌 아크릴, 염화 비닐과 같은 할라이드 비닐, 폴리비닐 염화 아크릴레이트, 염화 비닐리덴과 같은 비닐리덴 할라이드, 비닐, 메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 목록으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 중합체 또는 적어도 하나의 공중합체로부터 제형화된 것인, 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제2 층(13)을 증착시키기 위한 단계 b)는, 상기 제2 층(13)이 60 ㎛와 150 ㎛ 사이로 구성된 건조 두께를 가지도록, 총에 의해, 및/또는 브러쉬 또는 룰러로 실행되는 것인, 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 층(13)을 증착시키기 위한 단계 b)는, 상기 제2 층(13)이 120 g/m2와 350 g/m2 사이의 건조 표면 밀도를 가지도록 실행되는 것인, 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 층(13)을 증착시키기 위한 단계 b)는 압축 공기 없이 총에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 실행되고, 상기 총에 의한 적용은 35 ℃와 60 ℃ 사이를 포함하는 온도를 갖는 표면 상에서 실행되는 것인, 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
단계 b)에서, 상기 표면은, 표면적으로 변형된 합금 필름으로 상기 제1 층(11)을 뒤덮도록, 바람직하게 표면 변환 제제(surface conversion agent)를 포함하는 물에 상기 배관 요소의 적어도 일부를 담금으로써 35 ℃와 60 ℃ 사이로 구성된 온도로 제공되고(said surface is brought to the temperature), 상기 변환 제제는 사람 소비를 위해 의도된 물과 접촉하기에 적절한 것인, 방법.
