Claims (7)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) 2.6~3.2%, 구리(Cu) 0.7~0.9%, 인(P) 0.4~0.7%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.2~0.4%, 주석(Sn) 0.02~0.08% 및 잔부의 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회주철.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회주철은 규소(Si) 1.8~2.2%, 망간(Mn) 0.6~1.0%, 크로뮴(Cr) 0.4% 미만 및 황(S) 0.1% 미만을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회주철.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주석(Sn), 크로뮴(Cr) 및 구리(Cu)는 1.1중량% ≤ (5 × Sn의 중량% + Cr의 중량% + Cu의 중량%) ≤ 1.5중량%의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회주철.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 회주철은 인장강도 270~400MPa, 피로강도 120~190MPa 및 마찰계수 0.03~0.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 회주철.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) 2.6~3.2%, 구리(Cu) 0.7~0.9%, 인(P) 0.4~0.7%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.2~0.4%, 주석(Sn) 0.02~0.08% 및 잔부의 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 회주철 용해물을 금형에 주입시키는 단계;
상기 금형을 회전시켜 발생한 원심력에 의해 상기 회주철 용해물을 금형 내벽에 밀착시켜 원통형 주물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 원통형 주물을 냉각하고 금형과 분리하는 단계;
를 포함하는 실린더 라이너의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 용해물은 규소(Si) 1.8~2.2%, 망간(Mn) 0.6~1.0%, 크로뮴(Cr) 0.4% 미만 및 황(S) 0.1% 미만을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 실린더 라이너의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 용해물의 주석(Sn), 크로뮴(Cr) 및 구리(Cu)는 1.1중량% ≤ (5 × Sn의 중량% + Cr의 중량% + Cu의 중량%) ≤ 1.5중량%의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 라이너의 제조방법.
