Claims (11)
- 사용자의 생체정보를 취득하는 정보 취득부;
사용자의 졸음상태를 판별하기 위해 적용되는 변수에 따라 구분된 모드들 중 동작 모드를 설정하는 모드 설정부;
DB에 저장된 기준 테이블 상의 데이터에 근거하여 상기 설정된 모드의 적용 변수에 대한 임계값을 설정하는 임계값 설정부;
상기 정보 취득부에 의해 실시간으로 취득되는 사용자의 상태 정보에 근거하여 상기 적용 변수 각각에 대한 측정값을 산출하는 생체지수 산출부; 및
상기 적용 변수 각각에 대하여 산출된 측정값으로부터 생성된 사용자 테이블과 상기 기준 테이블을 비교하여 상기 사용자의 졸음 상태를 판별하는 상태 판별부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 적용 변수는,
뇌전도(Electroencephalogram, EEG), 맥파(Photoplethysmograph, PPG), 심박변이도(Photoplethysmograph Rate Variability, PRV), 피부전도도(Galvanic skin response, GSR), 피부온도(Skin Temperature, SKT), 안전도(Electrooculography, EOG), 호흡(Respiration, RSP) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기준 테이블은,
사용자의 졸음상태를 판별하기 위해 적용되는 변수들에 대하여 복수 사용자로부터 깨어있는 상태에서 측정된 생체신호값을 기준으로 졸음상태에서 측정된 생체신호값의 변화에 근거하여 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 사용자 테이블은,
상기 적용 변수 각각에 대하여 산출된 측정값과 상기 적용 변수 각각에 대한 참조값(refference)을 비교한 결과로부터 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 참조값은,
상기 사용자의 생체신호의 측정을 시작한 시각부터 일정시간 동안에 측정된 값의 평균값인 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 참조값은,
상기 기준 테이블 상의 데이터 중 깨어있는 상태에서 측정된 데이터를 기준으로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모드 설정부는,
상기 적용 변수들 중 기 설정된 일부 유효변수들로 동작하는 제1 모드 및 상기 적용 변수들 전체로 동작하는 제2 모드 중 어느 하나로 동작 모드를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 유효변수는,
상기 적용변수들 중 상기 사용자의 깨어있는 상태에서 측정된 생체신호값을 기준으로 졸음상태에서 측정된 생체신호값의 변화가 기준치를 초과하는 변수인 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 정보 취득부는,
상기 사용자의 행위정보를 함께 취득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 장치. - 사용자의 생체정보를 취득하는 단계;
사용자의 졸음상태를 판별하기 위해 적용되는 변수에 따라 구분된 모드들 중 동작 모드를 설정하는 단계;
DB에 저장된 기준 테이블 상의 데이터에 근거하여 상기 설정된 모드의 적용 변수에 대한 임계값을 설정하는 단계;
상기 사용자로부터 실시간으로 취득되는 생체정보에 근거하여 상기 적용 변수 각각에 대한 측정값을 산출하는 단계;
상기 적용 변수 각각에 대하여 산출된 측정값과 상기 적용 변수 각각에 대한 참조값(refference)을 비교하여 사용자 테이블을 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 DB로부터 기준 테이블을 호출하여 상기 사용자 테이블과 비교한 결과에 따라 상기 사용자의 졸음 상태를 판별하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 사용자의 생체정보를 취득하는 단계 이전에, 사용자의 졸음상태를 판별하기 위해 적용되는 변수들에 대하여 복수 사용자로부터 깨어있는 상태에서 측정된 생체신호값을 기준으로 졸음상태에서 측정된 생체신호값의 변화에 근거하여 기준 테이블을 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음 상태 판별 방법.
