Abstract
실시예에 따른 표시장치는 터치 전극에 연결되는 터치 라인의 저항을 동일하게 설정함으로써, 터치 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 제1 실시예에 따른 표시장치의 터치 전극에 연결된 터치 라인을 나타낸 도면이다.

도 4는 제1 실시예에 따른 표시장치의 실험 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 제2 실시예에 따른 표시장치의 터치 전극에 연결된 터치 라인을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (9)
- 제1 기판;
상기 제1 기판 상에 배치된 제2 기판;
상기 제1 기판 상의 일정 영역에 형성된 다수의 터치 전극;
상기 터치 전극들에 각각 연결된 터치 라인; 및
상기 제1 기판의 일측에 배치되어 각각의 터치 라인에 전원을 공급하는 구동부;을 포함하고,
상기 터치 전극들에 연결된 터치 라인들은 동일한 저항값을 가지는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극에 연결되는 터치 라인들의 길이는 동일하게 형성되는 표시장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 구동부와 가장 먼 영역의 터치 전극과 연결되는 터치 라인인 최단 거리로 연결되며, 상기 터치 라인들은 구동부와 가장 먼 영역의 터치 전극과 연결되는 터치 라인과 동일한 길이를 가지도록 형성되는 표시장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 라인들은 구동부와 멀어지는 방향의 터치 전극들과 중첩되도록 배치되는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극에 연결되는 터치 라인들의 두께는 터치 라인들의 길이에 따라 서로 다르게 형성되는 표시장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극이 구동부와 멀어질수록 터치 전극에 연결되는 터치 라인은 두껍게 형성되는 표시장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극이 구동부와 멀어질수록 터치 전극에 연결되는 터치 라인은 길게 형성되는 표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기판에는 다수의 화소가 형성되고, 상기 터치 전극은 화소 내에 형성되는 표시장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 터치 전극은 투명 전도성 물질로 형성되는 표시장치.
