Description
도 1은 제 1 실시예에 따른 세정 장치의 부분적으로 절개된 개략 측면 사시이다.
도 2는 박무 제거기 바로 아래에서 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ을 따르는 도 1의 습식 스크러버의 분사 레벨 시스템의 개략 평면도이다.

Claims (15)
- 공정 가스를 세정하기 위한 습식 스크러버로서,
습식 스크러버 타워, 적어도 제 1 분사 레벨 시스템에 포함된 노즐들에 의한 분무를 위해 흡착액이 공급되는 상기 제 1 분사 레벨 시스템, 및 습식 스크러버 타워에서 상기 제 1 분사 레벨 시스템 위에서 수직으로 배열되고, 제 2 분사 레벨 시스템에 포함된 노즐들에 의한 분무를 위해 흡착액이 공급되는 상기 제 2 분사 레벨 시스템을 포함하고,
각 분사 레벨 시스템 입구는 서로로부터 수평으로 편심되고 콤팩트한 수직 높이 내에 배열되며,
각 노즐은 세정된 공정 가스를 만들도록 습식 스크러버 타워를 통과한 환경 오염물들을 포함하는 공정 가스로부터 환경 오염물 제거를 위해 습식 스크러버 타워의 내부에서 흡착액을 분무하는 평탄화된 광폭 분사 각도 노즐인, 습식 스크러버. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 콤팩트한 수직 높이는 대략 0.3 내지 0.5m인, 습식 스크러버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 가스는 대략 5-15 m/s의 속도로 습식 스크러버 타워를 통과하는, 습식 스크러버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착액은 석회석 슬러리 또는 알칼리성 나트륨 용액인, 습식 스크러버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착액은 암모니아 용액 또는 아민 용액인, 습식 스크러버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 분사 각도는 대략 150 내지 180°인, 습식 스크러버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환경 오염물은 이산화황인, 습식 스크러버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 환경 오염물은 산성 가스인, 습식 스크러버.
- 습식 스크러버를 사용하여 환경 오염물을 포함하는 공정 가스를 세정하기 위한 방법으로서,
습식 스크러버 타워의 내부에서 복수의 평탄화된 광폭 분사 각도 노즐들이 각각 장비된 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 분사 레벨 시스템들을 콤팩트하게 배열하는 단계;
각각의 상기 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 분사 레벨 시스템들을 위한 흡착액 입구들을 하나가 다른 것으로부터 이격되어 수평으로 편심되도록 배열하는 단계;
상기 복수의 평탄화된 광폭 분사 각도 노즐들에 의한 흡착액 분무를 위하여 상기 흡착액 입구들을 통해 상기 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 분사 레벨 시스템들로 흡착액을 공급하는 단계; 및
세정된 공정 가스를 만들도록 흡착액 접촉 및 환경 오염물 제거를 위해 공정 가스의 상향 수직 유동이 상기 습식 스크러버 타워를 통과하는 단계를 포함하는, 공정 가스 세정 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 분사 레벨 시스템들은 대략 0.3 내지 약 0.5m 수직 높이 내에서 콤팩하게 배열되는, 공정 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착액 입구들은 하나가 다른 것으로부터 적어도 대략 10 내지 20°만큼 수평으로 편심되는, 공정 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 평탄화된 광폭 분사 각도 노즐들은 대략 150 내지 약 180°의 분사 각도를 제공하는, 공정 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 가스는 약 5-15 m/s의 속도로 상기 습식 스크러버 타워를 통해 상방 수직으로 흐르는, 공정 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착액은 석회석 슬러리, 알칼리성 나트륨 용액, 암모니아 용액 또는 아민 용액인, 공정 가스 세정 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 환경 오염물은 이산화황, 이산화탄소 또는 산성 가스인, 공정 가스 세정 방법.
