Claims (12)
- 기본 물질로부터 성형된 물품을 제조하기 위한 방법이되,
상기 기본 물질은 성형 용액을 제조하기 위해 용매와 함께 혼합되고, 그 후에, 상기 용매는 적어도 성형 용액으로부터 부분적으로 제거되고, 성형 용액은 성형을 위한 수단(8)에 공급되며,
상기 성형 용액은 수직 원통형 박막 증발기(2) 및 수평 원통형 후층 용해기(4)에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 수용성 삼차 아민 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
기본 물질 및 용매의 현탁액은 박막 증발기(2)에 의해 수용되고,
삼차 아민 산화물의 대략 2.5 수화물에 대응하는 선-용해 상태로 증발기 내의 물 증발에 의해 농축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
박막 증발기(2)의 현탁액은 약 0.8에서 1.0 수화물로 응축되고,
물 증발에 의해 후층 용해기(4) 내에서 성형 용액 내로 용해되고 균질화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
박층 증발기(2) 및/또는 후층 용해기(4)는 80 내지 100 ℃, 바람직하게는 100 내지 150 ℃에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 한 항에 있어서,
박막 증발기(2) 및/또는 후층 용해기(4)는 20 내지 200 mbar의 절대 압력, 바람직하게는 30 내지 100 mbar의 절대 압력 하에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
온도는 박막 증발기(2) 및/또는 후층 용해기(4)의 축을 따라 영구적으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
방사 용액은 옵티컬 지수(optical index)를 사용하여 유지되며, 이는 1.47 및 1.52, 바람직하게는 1.48 내지 1.50 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
방사 용액은 방사를 위해 요구된 점도로 재-희석된(back-diluted) 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
희석제는 수용성 삼차 아민 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형된 물품 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 수행하는 장치이되,
박막 증발기(2) 및/또는 후층 용해기(4)는 그들의 제조물 공간을 통해 직접적으로 서로 통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,
박막 증발기(2) 및/또는 후층 용해기(4)는 그들의 가스 공간을 통해 직접적으로 서로 통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
