Abstract
Description
도 1은 오존 산의 혼합물의 오존 분해를 통한 에스테르 폴리올의 통상적인 제조 과정을 도시하는 개략적인 블록선도이다. 지방산을 결정화에 의해 분별한 다음, 산화성 오존 분해를 행하여 오존 산을 생성시키고, 이를 일차 폴리올과 에스테르화하여 생성물 에스테르 폴리올을 생성시킨다.
도 2는 상기 에스테르 혼합물의 포화도를 감소시키는 증류 과정에 의한 지방산 알킬 에스테르의 분별법을 통한 에스테르 폴리올의 일반적 제조 과정을 도시하는 개략적 블록선도이다. 지방산 알킬 에스테르를 산화성 오존 분해하여, 오존 에스테르의 혼합물을 생성시킨다. 이어서 오존 에스테르의 혼합물과 일차 폴리올(예를 들어, 글리세린)을 동시에 에스테르화 및 에스테르 교환 반응시켜 에스테르 폴리올을 생성시킨다.
도 3은 오존 에스테르의 혼합물을 생성시키는 지방산 알킬 에스테르의 오존 분해를 통한 에스테르 폴리올의 일반적 제조 과정을 도시하는 개략적 블록선도이다. 이어서 상기 에스테르 혼합물의 포화도를 감소시키는 증류 과정에 의해 상기 오존 에스테르의 혼합물을 분별시킨다. 이어서, 분별된 오존 에스테르의 혼합물과 일차 폴리올을 동시에 에스테르화 및 에스테르 교환 반응시켜 에스테르 폴리올을 생성시킨다.
Claims (17)
- 적어도 하나의 트리글리세리드를 가수분해시켜, 적어도 하나의 지방산을 생성시키는 단계;
상기 지방산들을 적어도 하나의 모노알코올과 에스테르화시켜 적어도 하나의 지방산 알킬 에스테르를 생성시키는 단계;
적어도 하나의 지방 알킬 산 에스테르의 증류에 의한 분별 과정을 수행하여, 상기 적어도 하나의 지방 알킬 산 에스테르로부터 포화물을 부분적으로 제거하는 단계;
적어도 하나의 분별된 지방 알킬 산 에스테르를 오존 분해하여, 오존 에스테르의 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계; 및
오존 에스테르의 혼합물과 일차 폴리올을 동시에 에스테르화 및 에스테르 교환 반응시켜, 생성물 에스테르 폴리올을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 생성물 에스테르 폴리올의 제조 방법. - 적어도 하나의 트리글리세리드를 가수분해시켜, 적어도 하나의 지방산을 생성시키는 단계;
적어도 하나의 모노알코올과 상기 지방산(들)을 에스테르화시켜, 적어도 하나의 지방 산 알킬 에스테르를 생성시키는 단계;
적어도 하나의 지방산 알킬 에스테르를 오존 분해시켜, 오존 에스테르의 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계;
오존 에스테르의 혼합물의 증류에 의한 분별 과정을 수행하여, 상기 오존 에스테르의 혼합물로부터 포화물을 부분적으로 제거하는 단계; 및
분별된 오존 에스테르의 혼합물과 일차 폴리올을 동시에 에스테르화 및 에스테르 교환 반응시켜, 생성물 에스테르 폴리올을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 생성물 에스테르 폴리올의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모노알코올이 메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올 및 그의 이성질체, 1-부탄올 또는 그의 이성질체, 1-펜탄올 또는 그의 이성질체 및 1-헥산올 또는 그의 이성질체를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모노알코올이 메탄올인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모노알코올이 1-부탄올인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모노알코올이 1-헥산올인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 트리글리세리드가 식물성 오일 및/또는 동물성 지방을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 오일이 대두, 홍화, 아마씨, 옥수수, 해바라기, 올리브, 카놀라, 참깨, 목화씨, 겨자, 카멜리나, 자트로파, 땅콩, 코코넛, 평지씨, 중국 탤로(Chinese tallow), 유동나무(tung), 피마자, 조류(algae), 맥아, 콩(soya), 대마 및 팜 오일에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 동물성 지방이 어유(fish oil), 라드(lard), 오리 지방, 버터, 소 또는 돼지 수지 및 그의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포화물이 팔미틱 및 스테아릭 에스테르를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트리글리세리드가 팜 오일, 올레인, 팜 지방산 증류물(PFAD) 또는 팜 커널 지방산 증류물(PKFAD)에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 모노알코올과 트리글리세리드를 에스테르 교환 반응시켜, 적어도 하나의 지방산 알킬 에스테르, 팜 오일 또는 올레인인 트리글리세리드를 생성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 폴리올이 글리세린, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨, 1,2-프로필렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로필렌 글리콜, 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 에틸렌 글리콜, 글루시톨 프럭토오스, 글루코오스, 수크로오스, 알도오스, 케토오스, 알디톨, 디사카라이드, 또는 그의 조합물에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로부터 수득되거나 또는 수득가능한 에스테르 폴리올.
- 제14항에 따른 에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 물품.
- 제14항에 따른 에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 코팅 또는 폼(foam).
- 제14항에 따른 에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 윤활제 기제 원료용의 중간체.
