도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실외 열교환기의 냉매튜브와 열교환핀을 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실외 열교환기의 냉매흐름을 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실외 열교환기 단위성능과 냉매이동경로 총 길이의 상관관계를 도시한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 실외 열교환기 성능과 냉매이동경로 총 길이의 관계를 나타낸 표이다.

Claims (17)
- 서로 이격 배치되는 복수의 냉매튜브;
상기 복수의 냉매튜브의 양단에 결합되는 제 1헤더와 제 2헤더;
상기 복수의 냉매튜브의 외면에 결합되어, 외부와 접촉하는 면적을 넓히는 복수의 열교환 핀;을 포함하고,
냉매가 상기 냉매 튜브를 따라 흐르며 실외공기와 열교환하는 냉매이동경로의 총 길이는 1500mm이상, 6000mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
실외 열교환기의 전열성능이 4000W 이하인 경우,
상기 냉매이동경로의 총 길이는 1500mm이상, 5000mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
실외 열교환기의 전열성능이 4000W를 초과하는 경우,
상기 냉매이동경로의 총 길이는 2500mm이상, 6000mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1헤더 및 상기 제 2헤더의 내부에는 상기 냉매의 길이방향 이동을 차단하여, 상기 냉매의 방향을 변경시키는 배플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 배플은 상기 제 1헤더 및 상기 제 2헤더의 내부에 복수 개가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 배플은 상기 제 1헤더와 상기 제 2헤더에 길이방향으로 번갈아가며 복수 개 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 냉매이동경로의 총 길이는 상기 배플의 개수에 1을 더한 수와 상기 냉매튜브의 길이를 곱한 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매튜브는 수력직경 3mm이하의 마이크로채널 튜브인것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
응축기와 증발기로 변환하여 사용가능한 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 R22, R410a중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 R32, R1234yf, R1234ze중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실외 열교환기. - 냉매가스를 압축하여 토출하는 압축기;
냉매와 실외공기와 열교환하는 실외 열교환기;
응축된 냉매액을 팽창시키는 팽창밸브;를 포함하고,
상기 실외 열교환기는 서로 이격 배치되는 복수의 냉매튜브와 상기 복수의 냉매튜브의 양단에 결합되는 복수의 헤더를 포함하여,
냉매가 상기 냉매 튜브를 따라 흐르며 실외 공기와 열교환하는 냉매이동경로의 총 길이는 1500mm이상, 6000mm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 냉매이동경로의 총 길이는 상기 냉매 튜브의 길이와 냉매가 일방향으로 흐르는 유로의 수를 곱한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 유로는 상기 냉매가 제 1방향으로 흐르는 제 1유로, 상기 제 1방향과 반대방향인 제 2방향으로 흐르는 제 2유로가 번갈아가며 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 12항에 있어서,
냉매의 흐름을 바꾸어주는 냉매전환장치를 포함하여,
상기 실외 열교환기는 상기 압축기에서 토출되는 냉매가스를 냉매액으로 응축하며 외부로 열을 방출하는 응축기 및 상기 팽창밸브에서 팽창된 냉매액을 냉매가스로 증발하며 외부로부터 열을 흡수하는 증발기로 변환가능하게 설치된 공기조화기. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 냉매전환장치는 상기 압축기와 상기 실외 열교환기 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 냉매는 R22, R410a, R32, R1234yf, R1234ze중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
