Claims (13)
- 적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들을 가지는 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부에서 적어도 한쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들에 의해 경계가 이루어진 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부의 적어도 일 영역 내에 적어도 50°의 주름 각도(corrugation angle)를 가진 구조화 팩킹(structured packing)의 열 및/또는 질량 전달 프로세스에서의 용도.
- 열전달 또는 질량 전달 프로세스를 위한 장치로서
적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들을 가지는 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부, 및 적어도 한쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들에 의해 경계가 이루어진 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부의 적어도 일 영역 안에 적어도 50°의 주름 각도를 가진 구조화 팩킹을 포함하는 장치. - 열 및/또는 질량 전달 방법으로서,
적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들을 가지는 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부들로 하나 이상의 유체들을 공급하는 것
을 포함하며, 적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들에 의해 경계가 이루어진 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부의 적어도 일 영역 내에 적어도 50°의 주름 각도를 가진 구조화 팩킹을 수용하여, 하나 이상의 유체들이 열 전달 및/또는 질량 전달을 이루도록 구조화 팩킹과 접촉하게 하는 것인, 방법. - 열 및/또는 질량 전달 프로세스를 위한 장치로 구조화 팩킹을 설치하는 방법으로서, 상기 장치는 적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들을 가지는 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부를 포함하고,
적어도 50°의 주름 각도를 가진 구조화 팩킹을 제공하는 단계; 및,
적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들에 의해 경계가 이루어진 칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부의 적어도 일 영역으로 상기 구조화 팩킹을 설치하는 단계;
를 포함하는 방법. - 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구조화 팩킹의 주름 각도는 55° 내지 65°인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
구조화 팩킹의 주름 각도는 60°인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 한 쌍의 수렴하는 벽들 또는 벽 부분들은 120°이하의 내각으로 수렴하는 것인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
칼럼 단면 또는 칼럼 분할부 단면은 적어도 하나의 코너 또는 앵글부(angle)를 포함하는 것인 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 코너 또는 앵글부는 120°이하의 내각을 갖는 것인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
칼럼 또는 칼럼 분할부는 칼럼 안에 적어도 하나의 분할 벽을 제공함으로써 원형 단면을 가진 컬럼 안에 형성된 칼럼 분할부이며, 상기 분할 벽은 칼럼의 단면을 적어도 2개의 분할부들로 분할함으로써 분할 벽이 칼럼의 벽과 수렴하여 적어도 하나의 앵글부를 형성하는 것인 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
칼럼 크기는 칼럼이 원형 단면인 경우에 직경이 0.5 m 보다 크며, 칼럼이 다른 형상인 경우에 등가인 단면적보다 큰 것인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
질량 전달 프로세스는 극저온 분리 프로세스(cryogenic separation process)인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
극저온 분리 프로세스는 공기를 질소 농후의 흐름, 산소 농후의 흐름 및 아르곤 농후의 흐름으로 분리하는 프로세스인, 용도, 장치 또는 방법.
