Claims (10)
- 기재 필름의 적어도 일방의 면에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 형성하여 적층 필름을 얻는 수지층 형성 공정,
상기 적층 필름을, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층의 두께가 10 ㎛ 이하가 되도록 1 축 연신하여 연신 필름을 얻는 연신 공정,
상기 연신 필름을 이색성 색소로 염색하여 편광자층을 형성하고, 편광성 적층 필름을 얻는 염색 공정,
상기 편광성 적층 필름에 있어서, 상기 편광자층의 상기 기재 필름과는 반대측의 면에, 투습도가 200 g/㎡/24 hrs 이하이며, 면내 위상차가 100 nm 이상이며, 또한, 상기 편광자층의 흡수축에 대한 지상축의 각도 θ 가 20 도 이상 70 도 이하인 방습층을 형성하여 다층 필름을 얻는 방습층 형성 공정, 및,
상기 다층 필름으로부터 상기 기재 필름을 박리하는 박리 공정,
을 포함하는 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방습층 형성 공정에 있어서, 상기 편광자층의 상기 기재 필름과는 반대측의 면에, 광 경화성 접착제층을 개재하여 방습층을 형성하는, 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 방습층 형성 공정에 있어서, 상기 편광자층의 상기 기재 필름과는 반대측의 면에, 투습도가 200 g/㎡/24 hrs 이하이며, 면내 위상차가 100 nm 이상인 위상차 필름을, 그 지상축이 상기 편광자층의 흡수축에 대해 20 도 이상 70 도 이하의 각도 θ 가 되도록 첩합하는, 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 위상차 필름은, 편광자층에의 첩합면과는 반대측의 면에 표면 처리가 실시되어 있는 필름인, 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 편광판과,
그 편광판에 있어서의 상기 편광자층의 방습층과는 반대측의 면에 형성되어 있는 점착제층을 갖는, 점착제층이 형성된 편광판. - 제 5 항에 기재된 점착제층이 형성된 편광판과, 그 편광판의 점착제층측에서 첩합된 화상 표시 유닛을 갖는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 점착제층이 형성된 편광판과, 그 편광판의 점착제층측에서 첩합된 위상차층을 갖는, 원편광판.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 원편광판과, 그 원편광판에 있어서의 상기 편광자층의 방습층과는 반대의 면에 형성되어 있는 점착제층을 갖는, 점착제층이 형성된 원편광판.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 점착제층이 형성된 원편광판과, 그 원편광판의 점착제층측에서 첩합된 화상 표시 유닛을 갖는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 기재 필름의 적어도 일방의 면에 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층을 형성하여 적층 필름을 얻는 수지층 형성 공정,
상기 적층 필름을, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지층의 두께가 10 ㎛ 이하가 되도록 1 축 연신하여 연신 필름을 얻는 연신 공정,
상기 연신 필름을 이색성 색소로 염색하여 편광자층을 형성하고, 편광성 적층 필름을 얻는 염색 공정,
상기 편광성 적층 필름에 있어서, 상기 편광자층의 상기 기재 필름과는 반대측의 면에, 투습도가 200 g/㎡/24 hrs 이하이며, 면내 위상차가 100 nm 이상이며, 또한, 상기 편광자층의 흡수축에 대한 지상축의 각도 θ 가 20 도 이상 70 도 이하인 방습층을, 광 경화성 접착제층을 개재하여 형성함으로써 다층 필름을 얻는 방습층 형성 공정, 및,
상기 다층 필름으로부터 상기 기재 필름을 박리하여 방습층이 형성된 편광 필름을 얻는 박리 공정, 및,
상기 방습층이 형성된 편광 필름에 있어서, 상기 편광자층의 상기 방습층과는 반대측의 면에, 위상차층을 형성하는 위상차층 형성 공정,
을 포함하는 원편광판의 제조 방법.
