도 4는 종래 기술에 따라 제조된 튜브형 백 포장의 개략적인 측면도이다;
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가공 도구와 대응 도구 사이의 중첩 영역을 포함하는 튜브형 백을 관통하는 개략적인 단면도이다; 및
도 6a 내지 6c는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 튜브형 백 포장 가공의 다양한 단계를 도시한다.
Claims (10)
- 다양한 종류의 제품들을 포션(portion) 별로 수용하기 위하여 튜브형 백 형태로 세분되고 분리되는 2층 또는 다층의 얇은 합성수지 박막(6)을 제조하는 방법으로, 상기 합성수지 박막은 소정의 간격으로 배치되고 백 형태의 용기를 제조하기 위하여 실질적으로 종방향을 가로지르는 용접 이음새들을 포함하고, 상기 용기는 절단 또는 분리 공정에 의해서 서로 각각 분리되고, 상기 방법은:
a) 기결정된 간격으로 배치된 박막을 초음파 용접에 의해서 용접하는 단계로, 용접 시에 가공 도구(1)와 대응 도구(2) 사이에는 박막에 따라 소정의 간격이 유지되는 단계; 및
b) 초음파 여기 없이 또는 초음파를 적게 여기하여 기계적 분리 공정에 의해 각각의 용접 이음새의 위치에서 용접된 튜브형 백들을 개별화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가공 도구(1)는 a) 단계 이후 상기 대응 도구(2)에 더 가까이 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항 중 한 항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계에서 상기 가공 도구(1)와 상기 대응 도구(2)는 튜브형 백을 분리하기 위하여 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가공 도구(1)의 초음파 여기의 제어는 기계 드라이브의 제어에 따라 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가공 도구(1)와 상기 대응 도구(2)는 각각의 가공 단계에서 지속적으로 함께 이동되고 동시에 하기의 세부단계들이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
i) 상기 가공 도구(1)의 초음파 여기 동안, 상기 대응 도구(2)를 스프링이 장착된 간격 블록(3)에 도달할 때까지 이동시키고 용접을 수행하는 단계;
ii) 상기 가공 도구(1)의 초음파 여기를 끄고, 상기 간격 블록(3)의 압축 시, 상기 도구의 두 부분 사이에 실질적으로 일정하고 평행한 간격을 유지하는 단계;
iii) 스프링 장착된 간격 블록(3)의 탄성력을 극복하고 분리선에서의 분리의 수행을 위하여 상기 도구의 두 부분을 함께 이동시키는 단계; 및
iv) 상기 도구의 두 부분(1, 2)을 되돌아오게 하는 단계. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
용접하는 단계 a)에서 최소한의 그리고 박막에 따라 가공 간격이 유지되고, 초음파 여기 동안 상기 가공 도구(1)와 상기 대응 도구(2)는 상기 가공 간격으로 서로 떨어져서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 다양한 종류의 제품을 포션(portion) 별로 수용하기 위하여 튜브형 백의 형태로 세분되고 분리되는 2층 또는 다층의 얇은 합성수지 박막(6)을 제조하는 장치(10)로, 특히 청구항 1항 내지 6항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치로서,
드라이브 및 가이드(5)에 의해서 서로에 대하여 함께 이동될 수 있는 가공 도구(1)와 대응 도구(2)를 여기시키는 하나 또는 복수 개의 초음파 발생기(4); 및
용접된 튜브형 백을 분리하는 수단
을 포함하고,
상기 가공 도구(1)와 상기 대응 도구(2)는 초음파 용접 및 초음파 여기 없이 또는 적은 양의 초음파로써 수행되는 실질적으로 순전히 기계적 분리 공정을 위해서 특수하게 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 장치(10). - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 드라이브 및/또는 가이드(5)는 초음파 용접 시 박막에 따라 소정의 가공 간격의 유지를 보장하는 간격 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
용접 시 상기 가공 도구(1)와 상기 대응 도구(2) 사이에 박막에 따라 최소한의 가공 간격이 유지되도록 스프링 장착된 간격 블록(3)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 대응 도구(2)는 평평한 전면(11)을 포함하고, 상기 가공 도구(1)는 대략적으로 삼각형 형태이고 특히 뭉툭한 형태의 칼날(12)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
