Claims (12)
- 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기(1), 특히 코킹 건(caulking gun)에 있어서,
모터(27), 작동 변수 센서(51), 데이터 프로세싱 디바이스(35), 메모리 디바이스(37), 및 하나 이상의 오퍼레이터 작동 스위치(7, 10; 57, 59)를 포함하며,
상기 분배기는 제1 분배 모드 및 제2 분배 모드를 가지고 있고,
상기 제1 분배 모드에서, 상기 데이터 프로세싱 디바이스(35)는, 상기 스위치(7; 57)가 오퍼레이터에 의해 작동될 때, 상기 작동 변수 센서(51)에 의해 판독된 작동 변수 값을 기록하고, 하나 이상의 작동 변수 값을 상기 메모리 디바이스(37) 내에 기억하며, 상기 모터(27)는 상기 스위치(7; 57)의 작동에 따라 작동되고,

상기 오퍼레이터 작동 스위치는 제1 분배 모드 트리거 스위치(57) 및 제2 분배 모드 트리거 스위치(59)를 포함하는, 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분배기는 분배될 재료를 구동하기 위한 피스톤(19)을 포함하며,
상기 작동 변수 센서(51)는 상기 피스톤(19)의 위치의 변화를 표시하는 값을 센싱하는, 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 모터(27)로부터 상기 피스톤(19)으로 연장된 구동 트레인의 회전 부재의 회전수를 카운팅하는 회전수 카운터(51)를 포함하는, 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
이동 센서가, 상기 모터(27)로부터 상기 피스톤(19)으로 연장되어 있고 상기 모터와 상기 피스톤을 포함한 구동 트레인의 이동 부재(27)에 부착되어 있으며, 상기 이동 부재의 이동의 정규 단계에서 펄스를 발생시키는 펄스 발생기(51), 및 상기 펄스 발생기(51)에 의해 제공되는 펄스를 카운팅하는 데이터 프로세싱 디바이스(35)에 의해 제공되어 있는, 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기. - 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기(1), 특히 코킹 건을 작동시키는 방법에 있어서,

를 포함하는, 동력 구동 점성 재료 분배기를 작동시키는 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 분배기는, 분배될 재료를 구동하기 위한 피스톤(19)을 포함하며,
상기 작동 변수 값은 상기 피스톤(19)의 위치의 변경을 표시하는 값인,
