Claims (9)
- 코어부(A) 및 상기 코어부(A)를 감싸는 쉬이스부(B)로 이루어지는 쉬이스-코어 구조를 가지며, 상기 코어부(A)는 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리아릴레이트 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 쉬이스부(B)는 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어부(A)는 50 내지 80 중량%이고, 상기 쉬이스부(B)는 20 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어부(A), 상기 쉬이스부(B) 또는 이들 모두(A,B)에 난연제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 폴리사이클로헥산디메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PCT) 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 수지는 PA 6 또는 PA 66인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인공모발섬유의 섬도는 30 내지 100 데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유.
- 제7항에 따른 인공모발섬유를 사용하여 제조된 가발.
- 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리아릴레이트 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 난연제를 포함하는 코어용 펠렛(Ⅰ) 50 내지 80 중량%와 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 난연제를 포함하는 쉬이스용 펠렛(Ⅱ) 20 내지 50 중량%를 쉬이스-코어 방사구금에 용융방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공모발섬유의 제조방법.
