Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 경질 폴리우레탄 폼 또는 경질 폴리이소시아누레이트 폼의 제조 방법으로서,
A) 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트,
B) b1) 디카르복실산 조성물로서,
b11) 디카르복실산 조성물을 기준으로 50∼100 몰%의 하나 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 이의 유도체,
b12) 상기 디카르복실산 조성물 b1)을 기준으로 0∼50 몰%의 하나 이상의 지방족 디카르복실산 또는 이의 유도체
를 포함하는 디카르복실산 조성물 10∼70 몰%,
b2) 하나 이상의 지방산 또는 지방산 유도체 2∼30 몰%,
b3) 2∼18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 지방족 또는 지환족 디올 또는 이의 알콕실레이트 10∼70 몰%,
b4) 2 초과의 작용가를 갖는 폴리올의 알콕실화에 의해 제조된, 작용가가 2 이상인 폴리에테르 폴리올 2∼50 몰%
의 에스테르화에 의해 수득가능한 하나 이상의 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올로서, 모두 성분 b1) 내지 b4)의 총 합계를 기준으로 한 것이고, 상기 성분 b1) 내지 b4)는 합계가 100 몰%인 하나 이상의 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올,
C) 경우에 따라, 성분 B)의 것 이외의 추가의 폴리에스테르 폴리올,
D) 폴리에테르 폴리올,
E) 경우에 따라, 난연제,
F) 하나 이상의 발포제,
G) 촉매, 및
H) 경우에 따라, 추가의 보조제 또는 첨가제
의 반응을 포함하고, 여기서 총 성분 B) 및 경우에 따라 C) 대 성분 D)의 질량비는 1.6 미만인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 총 성분 B) 및 C) 대 성분 D)의 질량비는 0.1 초과인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 총 폴리에스테르 폴리올 B) 및 폴리에테르에스테르 폴리올 B)에서 기인할 수 있는 C)의 비율은 25 중량% 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 추가의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 C)는 반응되지 않는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 알콜 b4)는 > 2의 작용가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 b4)는, 소르비톨, 펜타에리트리톨, 트리메틸올프로판, 글리세롤, 폴리글리세롤 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 폴리올을 알콕실화함으로써 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 알콜 b4)는, 에틸렌 옥시드로 알콕실화함으로써 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 b4)는, 아민성 알콕실화 촉매의 존재 하에서 에틸렌 옥시드로 알콕실화함으로써 제조되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b11)은 테레프탈산, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 프탈산, 프탈산 무수물 및 이소프탈산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 디카르복실산 조성물 b1)은 지방족 디카르복실산 b12)를 포함하지 않는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 지방산 또는 지방산 유도체 b2)는 올레산 및 메틸 올레에이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 또는 지환족 디올 b3)은 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 및 3-메틸-1,5-펜탄디올 및 이의 알콕실레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테롤 성분 D)는 폴리에테롤 성분 D) 중 일부가 프로필렌 옥시드(폴리에테롤 성분 D1)를 기초로 제조되고 나머지의 폴리에테롤 성분 D)가 에틸렌 옥시드(폴리에테롤 성분 D2)를 기초로 제조된 폴리에테롤 혼합물로 이루어지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테롤 성분 D1)은 3 초과, 바람직하게는 3.5 초과, 더욱 바람직하게는 4 초과의 평균 OH 작용가 및 300 mg KOH/g 초과, 바람직하게는 350 mg KOH/g 초과, 더욱 바람직하게는 400 mg KOH/g 초과, 특히 450 mg KOH/g 초과의 OH가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테롤 성분 D1)은 6 미만, 바람직하게는 5.5 미만, 더욱 바람직하게는 5 미만의 평균 OH 작용가 및 600 mg KOH/g 미만, 바람직하게는 550 mg KOH/g 미만, 더욱 바람직하게는 500 mg KOH/g 미만의 OH가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 폼.
- 경질 또는 연질 외부층을 갖는 샌드위치 부재를 제조하기 위한 제16항에 따른 경질 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 폼의 용도.
- 폴리에스테르 폴리올 B) 10∼50 중량%,
추가의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 C) 0∼30 중량%,
폴리에테르 폴리올 D) 25∼55 중량%,
난연제 E) 10∼40 중량%,
발포제 F) 1∼30 중량%,
촉매 G) 0.5∼10 중량%, 및
추가의 보조제 및 첨가제 H) 0∼20 중량%
를 포함하는 폴리올 성분으로서, 상기 성분 B) 내지 H)는 제1항 내지 제15항에 정의된 바와 같고 각각 성분 B) 내지 H)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하며, 여기서 중량%는 합계가 100 중량%이고, 총 성분 B) 및 C) 대 성분 D)의 질량비는 1.6 미만인 폴리올 성분.
