Claims (11)
- 내연기관의 연료 분사 장치용 연료 분사 밸브로서, 밸브 종축선(10), 밸브 시트 바디(15)에 제공된 밸브 시트면(16)과 상호 작용하는 밸브 폐쇄 바디(19)의 작동을 위한 여기 가능한 액추에이터(1, 2, 17), 적어도 하나의 분사구(27), 및 가압에 의해 서로 고정 결합되는 금속 부품들을 포함하는, 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서,
상기 연료 분사 밸브의 적어도 2개의 금속 부품(2, 5, 6, 44)의 고정 가압 연결은, 적어도 하나의 부품 파트너가 가압 영역(a, b, c, a')에서 연속하는 적어도 2개의 구역 또는 부분 구역(I, II, III)을 포함하며, 상기 구역들은 홈(61)을 가진 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 개별 구역 또는 부분 구역(I, II, III)의 상기 홈들(61)의 프로파일 깊이는 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 영역(a, b, c, a') 내의 상기 홈들(61)은 원주를 따라 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 영역(a, b, c, a')은 연속해서 챔퍼(50), 원통형 가압 섹션(51) 및 용접 영역(52)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 영역(52)은 각도 α로 경사지거나 또는 숄더(53)에 의해 상기 가압 섹션(51)에 대해 뒤로 물러나서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 영역(52)에서 프로파일링은, 상기 홈(61)의 최소 프로파일 깊이가 여기에 주어지도록 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 섹션(51)에서 상기 홈(61)의 프로파일 깊이는 상기 용접 영역(52)에서 상기 홈(61)의 프로파일 깊이보다 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 가압 섹션(51)은 2개의 부분 구역(IIa, IIb)으로 세분되고, 상기 챔퍼(50)를 향한 제 1 부분 구역(IIa)에서 상기 홈(61)의 프로파일 깊이는 상기 용접 영역(52)을 향한 제 2 부분 구역(IIb)에서 상기 홈(61)의 프로파일 깊이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 챔퍼(50)를 포함하는 구역(I)은 최대 프로파일 깊이를 갖는 상기 홈(61)의 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 영역(52)에서 결합될 2개의 금속 부품(2, 5, 6, 44)은 재료 결합 방식으로 서로 고정 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대략적 프로파일링에서 정밀 프로파일링으로의 이행부는 접선으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 얇은 벽의 밸브 슬리브(6)가 제공되고, 상기 밸브 슬리브 내로 연결관(44) 및/또는 코어(2)가 압입되고 및/또는 상기 밸브 슬리브로 밸브 케이싱(5)이 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
