Claims (7)
- (S1) 하기 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 통기성 필름을 제조하는 단계:
(S1a) 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 30 내지 40 중량%, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 15 중량%, 탄산칼슘(CaCO3) 45 내지 50 중량%, 산화방지제 0.2 내지 0.4 중량%, 제습제 1 내지 2 중량%, 왁스 0.3 내지 1.5 중량% 및 항균제 4 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 통기성 항균 필름용 컴파운드 조성물을 용융 혼련하는 단계,
(S1b) 상기 혼련된 조성물을 180 내지 260℃에서 필름상으로 압출하고 냉각시킨 후 60 내지 90℃로 가열하는 단계, 및
(S1c) 상기 가열된 조성물을 400% 이상의 연신비로 하여 연신한 다음 냉각하여 통기성 항균 필름을 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 항균사와 상기 항균사보다 융점이 낮은 섬유(LM 섬유)를 1:9 내지 9:1의 중량비로 혼섬한 다음, 상기 항균사의 융점보다 낮고 상기 LM 섬유의 융점보다 높은 온도에서 열융착시켜 항균성 부직포를 제조하는 단계; 및
(S3) 상기 통기성 필름과 항균성 부직포를 복합화된 패턴으로 합지시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성 및 항균성이 향상된 의료용 시트의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계에서 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 2:1 내지 3:1의 중량비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 시트의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계에서 탄산칼슘의 평균입경이 1.7 내지 2.1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 시트의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계에서 항균제가 제올라이트와 메탈 이온을 포함하는 항균제인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 시트의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (S2) 단계에서 항균 부직포가 항균사와 LM 부직포 섬유를 6:4 내지 8:2의 중량비로 열융착시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 의료용 시트의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 따라 제조된 통기성 및 항균성이 향상된 의료용 시트.
- 제 6 항에 따른 의료용 시트가 구비된 의료 직물.
