Claims (15)
- A) 1종 이상의 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 30.0 내지 100.0 중량부,
B) 고무-개질된 그라프트 중합체 및/또는 비닐 공중합체 0.0 중량부 내지 50.0 중량부,
C) 폴리에스테르 0.00 내지 50.00 중량부,
D) 구형 / 입방형, 판형 / 원반형 및 층상 기하구조를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 그레인(grain) 형상을 갖는 1종 이상의 무기 충전제 5.0 내지 50.0 중량부,
E) 추가의 통상적인 첨가제 0.00 내지 5.00 중량부
를 포함하며, 여기서 성분 A) 내지 E)의 중량부 합은 100 중량부인 열가소성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
A) 1종 이상의 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 50.0 내지 85.0 중량부,
B) 고무-개질된 그라프트 중합체 및/또는 비닐 공중합체 0 중량부 내지 20.0 중량부,
C) 폴리에스테르 10.00 내지 25.00 중량부,
D) 구형 / 입방형, 판형 / 원반형 및 층상 기하구조를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 그레인 형상을 갖는 1종 이상의 무기 충전제 15.0 내지 30.0 중량부,
E) 추가의 통상적인 첨가제 0.75 내지 1.25 중량부
의 양으로 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 D가 구형 / 입방형, 층상 기하구조를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 그레인 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 D가 질화물, 산화물, 혼합 산화물, 탄화물, 분말화 석영, 무정형 SiO2, 분쇄 모래, 유리 입자, 실리케이트 또는 알루모실리케이트 및 흑연을 포함하는 열적 불활성 무기 물질의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분 D가 질화붕소, 산화세륨, 산화알루미늄, 탄화텅스텐, 탄화규소, 탄화붕소, 석영 분말, 무정형 SiO2, 분쇄 모래, 유리 분말, 유리 구체, 실리케이트 또는 알루모실리케이트 및 고도로 순수한 합성 흑연을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 D가 석영인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제가 0.1 내지 10 μm의 평균 직경 d50 %를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리케이트가 2.0 내지 10 μm의 평균 직경 d50 %를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제가 사이징(sizing)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 조성물.
- 낮은 이방성 열 팽창 계수, 개선된 치수 정확도, 또한 열에 대한 노출 동안의 또는 후의 높은 표면 품질, 높은 반사도 및 우수한 금속화도를 갖는 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 성형 조성물의 용도.
- a) 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조성물의 과립의 제조를 위해 성분 A) 내지 E)를 포함하는 조성물을 배합하는 단계, 및
b) 동적 금형 온도 제어를 사용한 방식으로 제조된 과립으로부터 성형 부품을 사출 성형하는 단계
를 포함하는, 증가된 표면 내스크래치성, 개선된 치수 정확도 및 개선된 표면 광택을 갖는 성형 부품의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 표면의 금속화가 추가의 단계로서 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 성형 부품의 표면이 플라즈마 공급원에서 40 kHz의 교류 주파수 및 > 1,000 V의 전압으로 플라즈마 전처리에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 금속이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 추가의 부식 보호 층이 플라즈마 중합에 의해 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
