도 1은 본 발명에 따라 하나의 써멀 스테이지(thermal stage)를 지닌 자기열 발생기에 대한 개략적인 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따라 2개의 써멀 스테이지를 지닌 자기열 발생기에 대한 개략적인 도면이다.
도 3은 도 1의 자기열 발생기의 한 변형에 대한 개략적인 도면이다.
Claims (8)
- 열 전달 유체(heat transfer fluid)(F)와 열접촉(thermal contact)하는 적어도 하나의 자기열 재료(at least one magnetocaloric material)(3)가 구비된 적어도 하나의 자기열 유닛(at least one magnetocaloric unit)(21, 22)과, 상기 자기열 재료(3)를 가변적인 자기장(variable magnetic field)에 놓이게끔 할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 자기 유닛(at least one magnetic unit)(41, 42)을 포함하는 자기열 발생기(magnetocaloric heat generator)(1, 10, 20)에 있어서,
각각의 유닛(21, 22, 41, 42)은 모듈식 구성(modular configuration)을 가지고 적어도 하나의 피팅 폼(at least one fitting form)(E1, E2, E3, E12, E13)을 포함하여, 공동의 조립 샤프트(common assembly shaft) 없이, 상보적인 피팅 폼(complementary fiting form)(E1, E2, E3, E12, E13)을 포함하는 다른 유닛(41, 42, 21, 22)에 동일한 중앙 축선(median axis)(M)을 따라 조립될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자기열 재료(3)와 열접촉하는 열전달 유체(F)를 위한 적어도 하나의 회로 섹션(at least a section of a circuit)(6)과, 상기 열전달 유체(F)를 위한 구동 시스템(driving system)(81, 82)을 포함하는 하이드롤릭 유닛(hydraulic unit)(51, 52)을 더 포함하며, 상기 하이드롤릭 유닛(51, 52)은 모듈식 구성을 가지고 또한 적어도 하나의 피팅 폼(E5, E6, E10, E11)을 포함하여, 상보적인 피팅 폼(E4)이 구비된 다른 유닛(21, 22, 41, 42)에 상기 중앙 축선(M)을 따라 조립될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자기열 재료(3)와 열접촉하는 열전달 유체(F)와, 외부 유체(external fluid)로 불리우는 다른 열전달 유체 사이에 열교환을 수행할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 교환 유닛(at least one exchange unit)(71)을 더 포함하며, 상기 교환 유닛(71)은 모듈식 구성을 가지고 적어도 하나의 피팅 폼(E9)을 포함하여, 상보적인 피팅 폼(E7, E8)이 구비된 다른 유닛(21, 22)에 상기 중앙 축선(M)을 따라 조립될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 교환 유닛(71)은 적어도 2개의 유체회로부분들(11, 12)을 포함하며, 제1유체회로부분(11)은 상기 자기열 재료(3)와 열접촉하는 열전달 유체(F)를 위한 것이고, 제2유체회로부분(12)은 상기 외부 유체를 위한 것이며, 상기 유체회로부분들(11, 12)은 열접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상보적 피팅 폼들(E1, E3; E2, E3; E4, E5; E4, E10; E4, E11; E7, E9; E8, E9; E12, E3)은 서로에 대해, 상기 유닛들(21, 22, 41, 42, 51, 52, 71)의 중앙 축선(M)에 수직한 반경방향 평면(radial plane) 내에서 반경방향 위치잡이(radial positioning) 및 중앙 축선(M)을 따른 축방향 위치잡이(axial positioning)를 실행하기 위해 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피팅 폼들(E5, E4; E10, E4; E11, E4; E12, E3)은 서로에 대해, 상기 유닛들(41, 51; 41, 52; 42, 51)의 회전적 연결(rotaional connection), 중앙 축선(M)에 수직한 반경방향 평면 내에서 반경방향 위치잡이 및 중앙 축선(M)을 따른 축방향 위치잡이를 실행하기 위해 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자기열 유닛(21, 22)의 자기열 재료(3)가 놓여지는 자기 갭(magnetic gap)(13)을 형성하도록 서로 마주보고 장착된 2개의 자기 유닛들(magnetic units)(41, 42)을 포함하며, 상기 자기 유닛들(41, 42)은 각기 중앙 축선(M) 레벨에서 재료의 연속성(material continuity)을 지닌 파트(14)를 포함하며, 상기 재료는 자기장에 이바지할 수 있는 재료이며, 상기 파트(14)는 적어도 하나의 자기 조립체(at least one magnetic assembly)(15)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 자기 조립체(15)는 적어도 하나의 영구자석(16) 및 적어도 하나의 자극편(pole piece)(17)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기열 발생기.
