Claims (5)
- 음이온을 삽입 내지 탈리할 수 있는 정극 활물질을 포함하는 정극과,
금속 리튬 및 리튬 이온 중 적어도 어느 하나를 흡장 내지 방출할 수 있는 부극 활물질을 포함하는 부극과,
비수용매에 리튬염을 용해하여 이루어지는 비수 전해액
을 가지며,
25℃, 방전 전압 4.0 V에서 고체상(狀)의 리튬염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서, 정극과 부극 사이에 세퍼레이터를 갖고, 상기 정극, 상기 부극 및 상기 세퍼레이터 중 적어도 어느 하나에, 고체상의 리튬염을 포함하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정극 활물질이 탄소질 재료인 것인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부극 활물질이 탄소질 재료인 것인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 리튬염이 LiPF6인 것인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
