Claims (2)
- C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, B, 및 잔부(殘部)가 Fe와 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 플로팅 시일(floating seal)로서,
상기 C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, B의 함유량이,
C: 2.2∼3.8 wt%,
Si: 0.5∼3.5 wt%,
Mn: 0.1∼2.0 wt%,
Ni: 2.0∼5.5 wt%,
Cr: 0.9∼4.0 wt%,
B: 0.02%∼0.4 wt%,
이며,
모상(母相) 중의 Cr의 함유량이, 0.30∼1.07 wt%이며,
흑연의 함유량이, 0.35∼2.33 면적%이며,
상기 탄붕화물(炭硼化物; carbon boride)의 함유량이, 14∼40 면적%인,
플로팅 시일. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모상 중의 Cr의 함유량이, 0.30∼0.80 wt%이며,
상기 흑연의 함유량이, 0.4∼2.3 면적%이며,
상기 탄붕화물의 양이, 20∼35 면적%인, 플로팅 시일.
