도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 이차전지의 고온에서의 수명특성을 도시한 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 양극;
탄소계 음극; 및
전해질염 및 전해질 염 용해용 용매로 알킬메탄설포네이트를 사용하는 비수계 전해액;을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전해질 염 용해용 용매로서의 알킬메탄설포네이트는 메틸메탄설포네이트, 에틸메탄설포네이트, 프로필메탄설포네이트, 부틸메탄설포네이트, 및 펜틸메탄설포네이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전해질 염의 농도는 0.8M 내지 1.2M인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 층상계, 스피넬, 올리빈, 및 나시콘으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 화학식 LiaNi1 -b- cCobXcO2 -αTα(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤b≤1.0, 0≤c≤0.1, 0<α<2); LiaNi1 -b- cMnbXcO2 -αTα(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤b≤1.0, 0≤c≤0.1, 0<α<2); LiaNibCocMndGeO2(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤b≤1.0, 0≤c≤1.0, 0≤d≤1.0, 0≤e≤0.1); LiaCoGbO2(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤b≤0.1); LiaMn1 - bGbO2(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤b≤0.1); LiaMn2GbO4(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤b≤0.1); LiaMn1 -g- fGgXfPO4(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤g≤1.0, 0≤f≤1.0); Li(3-f)J2(PO4)3(0≤f≤2); Li(3-f)Fe2(PO4)3(0≤f≤2); LiaFe1 - gGgXfPO4(0.90≤a≤1.3, 0≤g≤1.0, 0≤f≤1.0)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고(상기 화학식에 있어서 X는 Al, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Fe, Mg, Sr, V, 희토류 원소 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며; T는 F, S, P, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고; G는 Al, Cr, Mn, Fe, Mg, La, Ce, Sr, V, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며; Z는 Cr, V, Fe, Sc, Y, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고; J는 V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다.),
상기 전해질 염은 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiSbF6, LiAsF6, LiClO4, LiN(C2F5SO2)2, LiC4F9SO3, LiN(CF3SO2)2, LiCF3SO3, LiC(CF3SO2)3, LiAlO4, LiAlO2, LiAlCl4, LiCl 및 LiI로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 Na 을 포함하고,
상기 전해질 염은 NaClO4, NaBF4, NaAlCl4, NaSbF6, NaPF6, NaSCN, NaCF3SO3, NaCF3CO2, NaAsF6, NaB10Cl10, NaCl, NaBr, 및 NaI 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지는 플루오르에틸렌카보네이트(C3H3FO3), 비닐카보네이트, 비닐벤조에이트, 비닐부티레이트, 비닐헥사노에이트, 비닐크로토네이트, 비닐피발레이트, t-디플루오르에틸렌카보네이트(DFEC), 및 에틸렌설파이트(ES)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
