Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 단량체 중합을 억제하는 특성과 용융점 Mp를 갖는 미분형 조성물의 제조 방법이며,
i) Mp 미만의 온도 T까지 예열된 챔버를 구비한 혼합기에, 미분 형태의 2종 이상의 중합-억제성 기본(elementary) 고형물을 개별적으로 도입시키는 단계;
ii) 모든 외부 액상의 부재 하에, 상기 혼합기에서 상기 고형물을 혼합하되, 상기 중합-억제성 기본 고형물 중 적어도 하나를 온도 Ti에서 상기 혼합기에 도입하여, 혼합이 온도 Mp 미만의 온도 T로 고정된 온도에서 등온 조건 하에 수행되는 혼합 단계, 및
iii) 상기 미분형 조성물을 회수하는 단계
를 포함하는, 단량체 중합을 억제하는 특성과 용융점 Mp를 갖는 미분형 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 고형물은 50℃ 이상의 용융점을 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기본 고형물은 100℃ 이상의 용융점을 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고형물은 1개 이상의 벤젠 고리, 및 질소, 산소 및 황 중에서 선택된 1개 이상의 헤테로원자를 갖는 분자로 이루어지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고형물은 1개 이상의 하이드록실 -OH 라디칼을 갖는 1개 이상의 벤젠 고리를 갖는 분자로 이루어지는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고형물은 하이드로퀴논(HQ), 카테콜(PC), 레조르시놀(R), 피로갈롤(PYRO), 파라-메톡시페놀(PMP), 4-tert-부틸카테콜(TBC) 및 페노티아진(PTZ) 중에서 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기본 고형물은 HQ-PC, HQ-R, HQ-PYRO, HQ-PMP, HQ-TBC, PC-R, PC-PYRO, PC-PMP, PC-TBC, R-PYRO, R-PMP, R-TBC, PMP-PYRO, PMP-TBC, TBC-PYRO 및 PMP-PTZ의 2 성분 조합물 중에서 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각이 중합 억제제로 작용하는 3종 이상의 미분형 기본 고형물의 존재 하에 시행되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미분형 기본 고형물은 T - 20℃ ≤ Ti ≤ T + 20℃를 충족시키도록 선택되는 온도 Ti에서 도입되는 것인 제조 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 따라 제조되는 상기 조성물의, 1개 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화부를 갖는 단량체의 자유-라디칼 중합을 즉각 중단시키기 위한 억제 조성물로서의 용도.
- 제11항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화부를 갖는 상기 단량체는 에틸렌성 불포화 방향족 단량체 및 에틸렌성 불포화 지방족 단량체 중에서 선택되는 것인 용도.
