Claims (15)
- 유체 라인(1), 특히 자동차 유체 라인을 위한 나사 연결 장치이며,
내부 공간(3)과, 내부 공간(3)의 주변부에 걸쳐 연장되는 내부 스레딩(4)을 갖는 커플링 너트(2)와,
외부 스레딩(6)을 갖춘 연결 요소를 가지며,
상기 커플링 너트(2)는 유체 라인(1)의 라인 단부(7) 상에 수용되고,
상기 라인 단부(7)는 라인 단부의 전방 단부에 단부 형상부(8)를 포함하고,
상기 커플링 너트(2)의 내부 스레딩(4)이 연결 요소의 외부 스레딩(6)에 나사결합될 때, 커플링 너트(2)의 내부 공간(3) 내에 배치된 위치결정면(9)이 단부 형상부(8)의 후방 단부(10)를 향해 이동되거나, 단부 형상부(8)의 후방 단부(10)가 커플링 너트(2)의 내부 공간(3) 내에 배치된 위치결정면(9)을 향해 이동될 수 있으며,
상기 유체 라인(1)의 주변부에 걸쳐 연장되는 스프링 요소(11)가 위치결정면(9)과 단부 형상부의 후방 단부(10) 사이에 배치되는,
나사 연결 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결 요소는 연결 라인(5)이거나, 연결 라인(5)에 연결되거나, 연결 라인(5)을 수용하는 연결 수단인, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 라인 단부(7)의 단부 형상부(8)는, 나사 연결 장치가 함께 나사결합된 상태일 때, 연결면(12)에 의해 연결 요소의 상보적인 연결면(13)에 대해 안착되는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)은 나사결합 절차 동안 스프링 요소(11)와 접촉되고, 스프링 요소(11)는 단부 형상부의 후방 단부(10)와 접촉되어, 스프링 요소(11)가 위치결정면(9)과 단부 형상부의 후방 단부(10) 사이의 공간 내에 수용되거나 클램핑되는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소(11)는 나사결합 절차 동안 변형되는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소(11)는 금속, 바람직하게는 강철로 이루어지는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L에 대해 소정의 각도를 이루어 배치되며, 바람직하게는 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L과 10° 내지 170°의, 특히 20° 내지 60°의, 바람직하게는 30° 내지 50°의, 보다 바람직하게는 35° 내지 45°의 각도 α를 형성하는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커플링 너트 단부에서 스프링 요소(11)의 위치결정면(14)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L에 대해 소정의 각도를 이루어 배치되며, 바람직하게는 커플링 너트 단부에서 상기 위치결정면(14)은 유체 라인의 길이방향 축 L과 10° 내지 170°의, 바람직하게는 20° 내지 60°의, 보다 바람직하게는 30° 내지 50°의, 가장 바람직하게는 35° 내지 45°의 각도 α1을 형성하는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단부 형상부에서 스프링 요소(11)의 위치결정면(15)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L에 대해 소정의 각도를 이루어 배치되며, 바람직하게는 단부 형상부에서 상기 스프링 요소(11)의 위치결정면(14)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L과 10° 내지 170°의, 바람직하게는 20° 내지 60°의, 보다 바람직하게는 30° 내지 50°의, 가장 바람직하게는 35° 내지 45°의 각도 α2를 형성하는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단부 형상부의 후방 단부(10)에서 유체 라인(1)의 단부 형상부(8)는 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L에 대해 소정의 각도를 이루어 배치되며, 바람직하게는 상기 단부 형상부의 후방 단부(10)는 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L과 10° 내지 170°의, 바람직하게는 20° 내지 60°의, 보다 바람직하게는 30° 내지 50°의, 가장 바람직하게는 35° 내지 45°의 각도 α3을 형성하는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)은 커플링 너트(2)의 멈춤 견부(16)의 구성요소이고, 위치결정면(9)으로부터 임의의 각도를 이루어 멀어지는 연결면(17)이 위치결정면(9)에 연결되며, 바람직하게는 연결면(17)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L에 대해 평행하게 배치되는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 요소(11)는,
상기 스프링 요소의 커플링 너트 단부에서의 위치결정면(14) 및 단부 형상부를 향하는 스프링 요소의 위치결정면(15)이 제공되는 멈춤 섹션(18)과,
상기 멈춤 섹션(18)으로부터 임의의 각도를 이루어 멀어지는 연결 섹션(19)을 포함하며,
바람직하게는 연결 섹션(19)은 유체 라인(1)의 길이방향 축 L에 대해 평행하게 배치되는, 나사 연결 장치. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 요소(11)는, 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)과 단부 형상부(8)의 후방 단부(10) 사이에만, 또는 실질적으로 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)과 단부 형상부(8)의 후방 단부(10) 사이에만, 배치되는, 나사 연결 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 라인(1)은 커플링 너트(2)의 중심 구멍(20)을 관통하며, 커플링 너트(2)의 위치결정면(9)은 중심 구멍(20)에 접하거나 연결되는, 나사 연결 장치.
