Claims (16)
- X선을 내는 X선 소스;
X선을 받아 X선 영상을 만드는 X선 감광체;
X선 소스와 X선 감광체 사이에 위치한 환자에게 고정되며, 환자의 각도를 감지하는 각도센서와 환자와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리를 측정하는 거리센서를 갖춘 환자 위성; 및
X선 소스와 X선 감광체와 환자 위성에 연결되고, X선 감광체로부터 X선 영상을 받는 서버;를 포함하고,
상기 각도센서는 X선 영상의 각도왜곡을 없애는 위치로 X선 소스와 X선 감광체에 대해 환자를 위치시키는 신호를 작업자에게 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환자 위성이 환자의 X선 노출도를 측정하는 X선 센서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 X선 소스에 X선 소스위성이 고정되고, 이런 X선 소스위성은 X선 소스와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리를 측정하는 제2 거리센서를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 거리센서와 제2 거리센서의 측정값들이 서버로 전송되고, 서버는 X선 감광체로부터 받은 X선 영상의 실제 배율을 계산해 배율오차를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실제 배율 M이 M=T/(T-S) 식으로 계산되는데, 여기서 T는 제2 거리센서로 측정한 X선 소스와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리이고, S는 거리센서로 측정한 환자와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 서버가 X선 영상을 디스플레이하는 DICOM 뷰어를 포함하고, 디스플레이되는 X선 영상에는 각도왜곡이 없음은 물론 상기 실제 배율 M을 이용해 배율왜곡이 수정된 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작업자에게 출력된 상기 신호가 시각신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작업자에게 출력된 상기 신호가 청각신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 시스템.
- X선을 내는 X선 소스를 제공하는 단계;
X선을 받아 X선 영상을 만드는 X선 감광체를 제공하는 단계;
X선 소스와 X선 감광체 사이에 위치한 환자에게 각도센서와 거리센서를 갖춘 환자 위성을 고정하는 단계;
상기 각도센서를 이용해 환자의 각도를 감지하고, X선 영상의 각도왜곡을 없애는 위치로 X선 소스와 X선 감광체에 대해 환자를 위치시키는 신호를 작업자에게 출력하는 단계;
상기 거리센서를 이용해 환자와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리를 측정하는 단계;
X선 소스와 X선 감광체와 환자 위성에 연결된 서버를 제공하는 단계;
X선 영상을 X선 감광체에서 서버로 전송하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법. - 제9항에 있어서, X선 센서를 이용해 환자의 X선 노출도를 측정하고 측정된 X선 노출도를 포함한 보고서를 작성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
제2 거리센서를 갖춘 X선 소스위성을 X선 소스에 고정하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 거리센서를 이용해 X선 소스와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리를 측정하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 거리센서와 제2 거리센서의 측정값들을 서버에 전송하는 단계; 및
서버를 이용해, X선 감광체로부터 받은 X선 영상의 실제 배율을 계산해 배율오차를 조정하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 실제 배율 M이 M=T/(T-S) 식으로 계산되는데, 여기서 T는 제2 거리센서로 측정한 X선 소스와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리이고, S는 거리센서로 측정한 환자와 X선 감광체 사이의 거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 각도왜곡이 없음은 물론 상기 실제 배율 M을 이용해 배율왜곡이 수정된 X선 영상을 DICOM 뷰어에 디스플레이하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 작업자에게 출력된 상기 신호가 시각신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 작업자에게 출력된 상기 신호가 청각신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 영상 취득방법.
