Claims (11)
- 50mmHg 이하의 압력조건에서, 지방산을 포함하는 오일 및 3급 하이드록시알킬아민을 110-130℃의 온도에서 1차 에스터 교환반응을 수행하고, 상기 오일의 40-60%가 반응물로 전환된 시점에서 승온시켜 130-160℃ 온도에서 2차 에스터 교환반응을 수행하여 지방산 하이드록시알킬아민 에스터를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제조된 지방산 하이드록시알킬아민 에스터를 증점제를 용해시킨 유기용제 중에서 4급화제와 반응시키는 것을 단계
를 포함하는 에스터쿼트(EQ)의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 2차 에스터 교환반응은 1차 에스터 교환반응보다 더 낮은 압력으로 수행하는 것인 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 1차 에스터 교환반응은 후 10-50mmHg, 2차 에스터 교환반응의 압력은 0-10mmHg인 것을 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기용제가 탄소수 1-6의 저급 알코올, 탄소수 1-6의 알킬렌 글리콜, 글리세린 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유기용제가 이소프로필알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 증점제가 셀룰로오즈계열, 아크릴계열 또는 우레판계열인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 증점제는 지방산 하이드록시알킬아민 에스터 100중량부에 대하여 0.01-3중량부로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 에스터쿼트.
- 제8항 기재의 에스터쿼트를 물과 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 섬유유연제의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 혼합시 증점제를 사용하지 않으면서 최종 섬유유연제의 점도가 300-600cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유유연제의 제조방법. - 제9항 또는 제10항 기재의 방법으로 제조된 섬유유연제.
