Claims (12)
- 용기 상으로 연결될 수 있는 헤드 부분(5, 51) 및 액추에이터(4, 53) - 액추에이터(4, 53)는 출구 도관(37, 57)과 제1 원통형 부재(18, 55)를 포함하고 헤드 부분(5, 51)은 제1 원통형 부재에 대해 동축을 이루어 배열된 제2 원통형 부재(20, 59)를 포함함 - , 및
제1 원통형 부재와 제2 원통형 부재 사이에 제공된 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(22, 61) - 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(22, 61)는 입구 밸브(24, 62)와 출구 밸브(25, 65)를 포함하여 제1 및 제2 원통형 부재와 접힘식 멤브레인 부재가 가변 펌프 챔버(27, 74)를 제공함 - 를 포함하는, 유체 챔버의 부피를 감소시키기 위한 피스톤(3) 및 유체 챔버(11, 76)를 포함하는 용기(2, 52)로부터 유체를 분배하기 위한, 펌핑 장치(1, 50)로서,

- 제2항에 있어서, 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(22)는 헤드 부분에 대해 정지 위치에서 액추에이터를 가압하는 헤드 부분(5)과 액추에이터(4) 사이에 연결되는 탄성 부분(35)을 포함하는 펌핑 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입구 밸브(24)와 출구 밸브(25)는 테이퍼진 립으로서 형성되는 펌핑 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액추에이터(4)는 출구 도관(37)과 출구 밸브(25) 사이에 썩-백 챔버(38)를 형성하기 위하여 헤드 부분(5)의 제2 원통형 부재(20)를 동축방향으로 둘러싸는 제3 원통형 부재(31)를 포함하는 펌핑 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(22)는 이의 개방 단부에서 제3 원통형 부재(31)의 개방 단부(32)를 고정하는 락 심(36)을 갖는 펌핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(61)는 펌프 챔버(74)를 형성하고, 접힘식 멤브레인 부재의 출구 밸브(63)는 액추에이터(53)의 제1 원통형 부재(55)에 고정되게 장착되는 펌핑 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(61)는 출구 밸브(63)를 향하여 밀폐된 상부 부분(78) 및 입구 밸브(62)를 향하여 원뿔형 하부 부분(77)을 가지며, 밀폐된 상부 부분(78)은 액추에이터를 정지 위치 내로 가압하기 위한 탄성 부분(68)을 포함하는 펌핑 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 탄성 부분(68)은 주름진 형상을 갖는 펌핑 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액추에이터(53)와 헤드 부분(51)은 강성 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 펌핑 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접힘식 멤브레인 부재(61)는 탄성중합체성 플라스틱 재료로 제조되는 펌핑 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 재료는 열가소성 탄성중합체인 펌핑 장치.
