Claims (13)
- 라멜라(lamellar) 코팅으로서 기판의 표면 상에 적용되는 용사처리된 코팅으로서, 부식 물질과 반응할 수 있거나 반응하여 이들과 결합하여 하나 이상의 고체 생성물 화합물을 형성하는, 코팅된 복합 분말의 형태인, 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 가소화 또는 용융된 고체 출발 물질로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사처리된 코팅.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고체 출발 물질이 분말로 구성되고, 상기 분말은 기판 상에 적용되기 전에 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 가소화 또는 용융되고, 적용되면 기판 상에 플라스틱 또는 접착 코팅을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 고체 출발 물질이 응집되고 소결된 복합 입자로 구성된 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 출발 물질이 금속, 금속 합금, 금속 산화물, 세라믹 화합물 또는 폴리머이고, 상기 금속은 바람직하게는 Ni, Mg, Cd, Mn, Mo, Pd, Pt, W, Ir 및 Ta의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 출발 물질의 복합체가 주요 성분 및 하나 이상의 서브성분을 함유하고, 이들 둘 모두가 금속, 금속 합금, 금속 산화물, 세라믹 화합물 또는 폴리머로부터 선택되고, 상기 금속은 바람직하게는 Ni, Mg, Cd, Mn, Mo, Pd, Pt, W, Ir 및 Ta의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 용사처리된 코팅이 황 또는 황화물이 풍부하다고 예상되는 환경에 대해 최적화되고, 고체 출발 물질의 금속(들)이 Ni, Mg, Cd, Mn, Mo, Pd, Pt, W, Ir 및 Ta를 포함하는, 황화물을 형성하는 금속으로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 고체 출발 물질이 Ni, Ni 합금 및 Mo로부터 선택되고, 가장 적합하게는 하나 이상의 서브성분이 몰리브덴인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 용사처리된 코팅이 염소 또는 염화물이 풍부하다고 예상되는 환경에 대해 최적화되고, 고체 출발 물질의 금속(들)이 Ni, Mg, Cd, Mn, Mo, Pd, Pt, W, Ir 및 Ta를 포함하는, 염화물을 형성하는 금속으로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 고체 출발 물질이 Ni 및 Ni 합금으로부터 선택되고, 가장 적합하게는 하나 이상의 서브성분이 니켈인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주위 조건에서 금속 산화물, 염화물 또는 황화물 또는 이들 중 둘 이상, 바람직하게는 금속 황화물, 가장 적합하게는 몰리브덴 황화물이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅.
- 부식으로부터 에너지 보일러 또는 엔진의 표면을 보호하는 데 사용하기 위한 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 코팅의 용도.
- 기판의 표면 상에 부식으로부터 보호하는 코팅을 제조하는 방법으로서, 용사에 의한 기판의 표면 상에 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의, 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 가소화 또는 용융된 고체 출발 물질을 적용하고, 상기 고체 출발 물질이 주위 환경에서 부식 물질과 반응하고 이들과 결합하여 하나 이상의 고체 생성물 화합물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 기판 표면 상에 적용 전에 고체 출발 물질의 코팅된 복합 입자를 응집하고 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 가소화 또는 용융된 분말로부터 형성되는 미스트(mist)로서 표면 상에 고체 출발 물질을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용사로서, 화염 용사, 와이어 아크(wire arc) 용사, 플라즈마 용사, 진공 플라즈마 용사, 고속 화염 용사(HVOF), 저온 용사 및 폭발 용사, 또는 임의의 다른 상응하는 방법 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
