Claims (12)
- 왕복 엔진용 연료 분사 시스템 (1) 으로서,
- 상기 엔진의 실린더들 (13) 안으로 가압 연료를 분사하는 분사기들 (6),
- 분사할 연료를 가압하는 고압 펌프 (5),
- 상기 고압 펌프 (5) 로부터 상기 분사기들 (6) 쪽으로 연료를 공급하는 공급 파이프 (7), 및
- 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 로부터 상기 분사기 (6) 에 연료를 공급하는 피드 파이프들 (8) 을 포함하고,
상기 피드 파이프들 (7) 의 제 1 단부들은 상기 분사기들 (6) 에 연결되며,
- 상기 피드 파이프들 (8) 의 제 2 단부들은 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 에 연결되고,
- 연료 분사기 (6) 각각에는 압력 어큐뮬레이터 (14) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공급 파이프 (7) 는 이중벽 파이프이고, 상기 이중벽 파이프는 상기 분사기들 (6) 쪽으로 연료를 공급하는 내부 유동 공간 (56) 과 가능한 누출 연료를 위한 외부 유동 공간 (57) 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 어큐뮬레이터 (14) 의 체적은 엔진의 전부하 (100%) 에서 일회의 분사 동안 상기 분사기 (6) 에 의해 분사된 연료의 양의 적어도 40 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 어큐뮬레이터 (14) 의 체적은 엔진의 전부하 (100%) 에서 일회의 분사 동안 상기 분사기 (6) 에 의해 분사된 연료의 양의 50 ~ 70 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공급 파이프 (7) 에는 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 를 연료 탱크 (2) 에 연결하는 순환 밸브 (23) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공급 파이프 (7) 에는 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 의 압력을 미리 정해진 최대값 이하로 유지하고 또한 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 를 감압시키는 안전 밸브 (40) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 순환 밸브 (23) 와 상기 안전 밸브 (40) 는 단일의 밸브 모듈 (50) 에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 2 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피드 파이프들 (8) 은 커넥터들 (24) 에 의해 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 에 연결되고, 상기 커넥터들에는 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 로부터의 연료 누출을 검출하는 누출 검출기들 (33) 이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 (24) 는 상기 공급 파이프 (7) 의 상기 외부 유동 공간과 유동 연결되어 있는 누출 채널 (31), 상기 누출 채널 (31) 로부터의 연료를 배출하는 누출물 출구 (32), 및 상기 누출 채널 (31) 로부터 상기 누출물 출구 (32) 까지의 유동을 방지하는 제 1 위치와 상기 누출 채널 (31) 로부터 상기 누출물 출구 (32) 까지의 유동을 허용하는 제 2 위치를 가진 폐쇄 부재 (34) 를 포함하고,
상기 폐쇄 부재 (34) 는 상기 누출 채널 (31) 의 압력이 어떠한 한계 이상으로 상승하면 상기 제 1 위치에서부터 상기 제 2 위치로 이동하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 폐쇄 부재 (34) 의 위치는 상기 커넥터 (24) 외측에서 검출될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터들 (24) 은 상기 외부 유동 채널을 격실들 (30) 로 분리하고, 상기 커넥터 (24) 각각의 상기 누출 채널 (31) 은 단지 하나의 격실 (30) 과 유동 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1). - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 안전 밸브 (40) 의 출구측에는 배출 용기 (48) 및 스로틀 (49) 이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 시스템 (1).
