Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 기체 및 액체의 병류 (co-current) 하향 유동을 갖는 고정층 반응기로서,
상기 고정층 반응기는 상기 기체 및 액체의 유동에 적합한 분배 및 여과 판을 구비하고,
상기 고정층 반응기는 상기 반응기를 따라서 단계화되는 복수의 촉매층을 포함할 수 있고,
각 판은 각각의 촉매층의 상류에 위치되고,
상기 판은 상부로부터 하부까지 이하의 요소들로 구성되는, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 갖는 고정층 반응기:
- 상기 반응기의 전체 섹션을 덮지는 않고, 상기 반응기의 섹션의 5 % ~ 50 %, 바람직하게는 5 % ~ 30 % 에 해당하는 환형 구역 (11) 을 자유롭게 남겨두는 천공된 지지체 (3),
- 상기 천공된 지지체 (3) 에 의해 지지되는 여과 층 (4),
- 상기 천공된 지지체 (3) 에 대하여 50 ㎜ ~ 150 ㎜ 의 거리에 위치되는 전체 (full) 판 (2) 으로서, 상기 전체 판은 전체 판 (2) 과 여과 층 (4) 을 가로지르는 복수의 실질적으로 수직인 분배 요소들 (5) 을 구비하고, 상기 분배 요소들은 직사각형 또는 삼각형 패턴으로 배치되고, 상기 분배 요소들 (5) 은 200 ㎜ ~ 400 ㎜ 의 높이를 가지며 기체를 유입시키도록 분배 요소들의 상단부가 개방되어 있고 액체를 유입시키도록 상기 전체 판 (2) 과 상기 천공된 지지체 (3) 사이에 있는 상기 분배 요소들의 일부에 위치되는 구멍들의 적어도 하나의 열 (row) 을 포함하고, 상기 분배 요소 (5) 의 하단부에 의해 기체 및 액체 혼합물이 비워지는, 상기 전체 판 (2),
- 상기 전체 판 (2) 아래에서 상기 전체 판 (2) 에 대하여 20 ㎜ ~ 300 ㎜, 바람직하게는 50 ㎜ ~ 150 ㎜ 의 거리에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 고다공성 분산 요소 (7). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
각 분배 및 여과 판은, 상기 여과 층 (4) 의 깊이에 대응하는 높이의 일부에 걸쳐 전체 슬리브 (8) 에 의해 둘러싸이는 실질적으로 수직인 침니 (chimneys) 인 분배 요소들 (5) 을 구비하는, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 침니의 피치 (pitch) 는 100 ㎜ ~ 300 ㎜ 인, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 천공된 지지체 (3) 의 상기 여과 층 (4) 은 100 ㎜ ~ 300 ㎜ 의 높이를 갖는 가드 재료 입자 (guard material particles) 의 적어도 하나의 층에 의해 구성되는, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전체 판 (2) 아래에 위치되는 고다공성 분산 요소 (7) 는 엇갈리는 (staggered) 방식으로 배치되고 상기 전체 판 (2) 아래에서 150 ㎜ ~ 250 ㎜ 의 거리로 교대로 있는, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 여과 층 (4) 위에는 상기 반응기에 진입하는 액체 제트를 파쇄하기 위한 보호 스크린 (6) 이 배치되는, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분산 요소 (7) 는 원추형 디플렉터들 (deflectors) 의 조립체에 의해 구성되고, 상기 디플렉터 각각은 분배 요소 (5) 아래에 위치되는, 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기. - 3 ~ 50 개, 바람직하게는 5 ~ 30 개의 탄소 원자 수를 갖는 오일 커트 (oil cuts) 의 산화를 위한 공정, 잔사유 전환 공정, 선택적 수소화 공정, 또는 수소화처리 공정에서의 제 1 항에 따른 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기의 용도.
- 트리클 (trickle) 모드에서, 즉 0.1 ~ 1.5 ㎝/s 의 액체 표면 속도를 가지는 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 이용하는 임의의 공정에서의 제 1 항에 따른 기체 및 액체의 병류 하향 유동을 위한 고정층 반응기의 용도.
