Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 자유-라디칼 중합 개시제 및 하나 이상의 사슬 이동제의 존재 하에, 상이한 농도의 사슬 이동제를 갖는 둘 이상의 반응 구역을 갖는 튜브형 반응기에서 110 MPa 내지 350 MPa 범위의 압력 및 100℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 이때 제 1 반응 구역에서의 사슬 이동제 농도가 최고 농도의 사슬 이동제를 갖는 반응 구역에서의 사슬 이동제 농도의 70% 미만인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 새로운 사슬 이동제가 제 1 반응 구역에 추가되지 않는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 반응 구역에서의 중합이 사슬 이동제의 부재 하에 실행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기에서 배출되는 반응 혼합물의 비-중합된 성분이 수득된 중합체로부터 분리되며 상기 반응 혼합물의 비-중합된 성분이 튜브형 반응기로 재순환되는 방법으로서, 이때 반응 혼합물의 재순환된 비-중합된 성분의 적어도 일부가 제 1 반응 구역의 튜브형 반응기 다운스트림에 공급되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 새로운 단량체만이 제 1 중합 구역에 공급되고 반응 혼합물의 재순환된 비-중합된 성분이 제 1 중합 구역에 공급되지 않으며, 반응 혼합물의 재순환된 비-중합된 성분 및 임의 추가의 새로운 단량체가 보다 다운스트림 반응 구역에 공급되는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 새로운 단량체의 제 1 반응 구역으로의 공급물 대 단량체의 총 공급물의 비가 공급된 단량체의 중량을 기준으로 1:100 내지 1:1 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 비-중합된 성분으로부터의 수득한 중합체의 분리가 10 내지 50 MPa 의 압력에서의 고압 단계에서, 그리고 0.1 내지 10 MPa 의 압력에서의 저압 단계에서 적어도 실행되고, 고압 단계에서 플래시 오프된 반응 혼합물의 비-중합된 성분이 고압 재순환 라인에서 튜브형 반응기로 재순환되고, 저압 단계에서 플래시 오프된 반응 혼합물의 비-중합된 성분이 저압 재순환 라인에서 튜브형 반응기로 재순환되는 방법으로서, 이때 제 1 반응 구역의 튜브형 반응기 다운스트림에 공급된 반응 혼합물의 재순환된 비-중합된 성분이 적어도 일부 고압 재순환 라인으로부터 유입되는 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 저압 재순환 라인에서 튜브형 반응기로 재순환된 반응 혼합물의 비-중합된 성분이 튜브형 반응기의 제 1 중합 구역에 공급되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체.
- 압출 코팅을 위한, 제 9 항에 따른 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체의 용도.
- 종이, 판지, 중합체성 필름 및 금속으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 기질을 제 9 항에 따른 에틸렌 단일중합체 또는 공중합체로 압출 코팅하는 방법.
