Description
도 1은 "TECHNOFAST" 및 "EziTite" 등록 상표 하에 테크노패스트 사(Technofast Industries Pty Ltd, of 2/677 Boundary Road, Richlands, Queensland 4077, Australia)에 의해 제조되고 판매되는 유압 너트의 등각 투시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 만곡된 프로파일(profile)을 갖는 외부 힐(heel)에 의해 상호 연결되는 레그(leg)부 및 풋(foot)부를 포함하고, 실질적으로 L자형 단면을 갖는 환상 링 바디를 포함하는,
실린더 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게(slidably) 수용되는 피스톤을 구비하는 유형의 유압 어셈블리용 밀폐 링. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 힐은, 상기 링 바디가 설치되는 피스톤 또는 실린더에 시트(seat)와 밀폐 접촉되는 롤링(rolling) 라인을 형성하기 위해 볼록한 프로파일을 갖는 밀폐 링. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 레그는 상기 레그의 외부 밀폐면의 중간에 밀폐 돌출부를 포함하고, 상기 밀폐 돌출부는 한 쌍의 기울어진 경사면 사이에 삽입된 실린더형 밀폐면을 포함하고, 상기 밀폐 돌출부 및 상기 외부 밀폐면의 원위(distal) 부는 상기 링 바디와, 인접한 상기 링 바디가 설치되는 피스톤 또는 실린더 사이에 두 라인의 밀폐 접촉부를 형성하는 밀폐 링. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 풋은 상기 링 바디의 중심축에 대해 1° 내지 5° 범위의 여유각(α)을 갖는 토(toe)부를 포함하는 밀폐 링. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 토부는 상기 밀폐링이 설치된 피스톤 또는 실린더와 연관된 실린더 또는 피스톤의 벽부를 체결하고, 상기 토부는, 상기 실린더와 상기 피스톤 사이의 유압이 증가함에 따라 상기 힐이 상기 시트에 롤 인(roll in)함으로써 상기 벽부와의 전 밀폐 접촉부를 향해 이동하는 밀폐 링. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 밀폐 링은 상기 밀폐링이 설치된 상기 피스톤 또는 실린더의 리세스 내에 수용 가능한 상기 외부 힐 또는 상기 레그의 외부 밀폐면 상에 돌출부를 포함하는 밀폐 링.
