Claims (4)
- 발전소 터빈(1)을 냉각시킨 온배수를 바다로 흘려보내는 온배수 관로(20)에 설치되어 1차 열매체와의 열교환을 일으키는 열교환수단(100)과, 상기 열교환수단(100)에서 온배수와의 열교환 된 1차 열매체를 강제순환하는 순환펌프(110)와, 상기 순환펌프(110)에 의해 순환되는 1차 열매체와 열교환을 통해 2차 열매체를 고온으로 가열하는 히트펌프(120)와, 상기 히트펌프(120)에 의해 가열된 2차 열매체가 순환하며 염전(200) 바닥에 구비되는 히팅관체(210)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전소 온배수를 이용한 염전 설비.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 염전(200) 바닥 구조는 하부에 열손실을 방지하기 위해 단열재층(201)을 형성하고, 그 상부에 격자형 매쉬(202)를 안착시킨 후 열매체파이프(210)를 지그재그 방향으로 안착하고 시멘트 몰타르층(203)을 형성하고, 매트(204)로 마감한 구조이며,
상기 온배수 관로(20)의 온배수를 공급펌프(130)를 구동하여 배관(132)을 통해 소금 생산을 위해 염전(200)에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전소 온배수를 이용한 염전 설비.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 염전(200) 바닥 상부에는 덮개 구조물(300)이 구비되되,
상기 덮개 구조물(300)은, 벽체(310)와 지붕(320)으로 이루어지며, 상기 덮개 구조물(300)의 일측면에는 외기가 유입될 수 있는 공기유입구(312)가 형성되고, 상기 덮개 구조물(300)의 타측 상부에는 덮개 구조물(300)의 공기를 외부로 배출하는 굴뚝(322)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전소 온배수를 이용한 염전 설비.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 염전(200) 바닥 상부에는 복수의 가이드레일(250)을 구비하고, 상기 덮개 구조물(300)은 상기 가이드레일(250)을 따라 이동하는 가이드롤러(350)가 구비되는 다수의 다단식 덮개 구조물(300)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전소 온배수를 이용한 염전 설비.
