Claims (5)
- 이동 재료 웹(2)에 구비된 마킹을 기준으로 상기 이동 재료 웹(2)의 위치를 캡쳐하는 센서에 있어서, 상기 센서(1)는 상기 재료 웹(2)에 방출 광(5)을 전달하는 광원(4, 4')들 및 상기 적어도 하나의 광원(4)에 의하여 방출되고 상기 재료 웹(2)에 의하여 영향을 받는 검출 광(9)을 수신하는 적어도 하나의 광 검출기(10)를 구비하고,
상기 광원(4, 4')들은 서로 다른 편광을 가지는 방출 광(5)을 방출시킬 수 있어, 상기 광원(4, 4')들을 제어하는 것에 의해 전체 방출 광(5)의 편광이 변화될 수 있고,
상기 적어도 하나의 광 검출기(10)는 카메라로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 재료 웹 위치 캡쳐 센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 편광 필터(6, 15)가 상기 광원(4, 4')들 및 상기 적어도 하나의 광 검출기(10) 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 재료 웹 위치 캡쳐 센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광원(4, 4')들 중 적어도 하나는 선형으로 편광된 방출 광(5)을 방출시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 재료 웹 위치 캡쳐 센서. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방출 광(5)은 상기 재료 웹 상의 법선(8)에 대하여 예각(7)으로 상기 재료 웹(2)에 부딪히는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 재료 웹 위치 캡쳐 센서. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 예각(7)은 대략적으로 브루스터각(Brewster angle)에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 재료 웹 위치 캡쳐 센서.
