Abstract
Description
도 2a 내지 2e는 조직에 이식 후 본원에 기술된 예시적인 조직 일체화 이식물의 단면을 묘사하고 대상에 이식 후 기공으로 조직 내부성장을 나타낸다. 도 2a는 도 1에 나타낸 장치의 부분(박스형 영역)의 개략적인 단면이다. 도 2b 및 2c는 본원에 기술된 센서의 이식 후 1주(도 2b) 또는 2주(도 2c)의 이식된 센서를 포함하는 조직의 단면을 나타낸 조직학 사진의 복사이다. 도 2d 및 2e는 센서의 이식 후 1주(도 2d) 및 1개월(도 2e)의 이식된 센서를 포함하는 조직의 단면을 나타내는 면역조직화학 사진(CD31에 대한 모세관의 염색)의 복사이다.

도 20a 및 20b는 Invitrogen으로부터의 qtracker 800 양자점을 포함하는 기준 이식물로 생성된 기준부("QD") 및 본원에 기술된 산소 감지 매질("OD")을 포함하는 대상(마우스)의 사진을 나타낸다. 이식물은 마우스 피부의 표면 아래 약 2 mm에 트로카로 주사되었다. 마우스는 535 nm의 여기로 Caliper 전체 동물 이미징 시스템(IVIS™)으로 이미지화되었고, 발광은 산소화(도 20a) 및 탈산소화 조건(도 20b)하에서 760 nm에서 수집되었다. 나타낸 바와 같이, 기준 이식물(기준부 포함)("QD")은 탈산소화 조건에서 그것의 신호를 유지한 반면, 산소 감지 매질("OD")은 산소 농도로 조절되었다.
