Claims (2)
- 염소 및 일산화탄소를 포스겐 반응기에 공급하여 미반응의 일산화탄소를 함유하는 포스겐 가스를 연속적으로 제조하는 공정 (1), 그리고 상기 공정 (1) 에서 연속적으로 제조된 포스겐 가스, 2 가 페놀의 알칼리 수용액 및 유기 용매를 올리고머 반응기에 연속적으로 공급하여 폴리카보네이트 올리고머를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 연속적으로 제조하는 공정 (2) 를 포함하는 폴리카보네이트 올리고머 연속 제조의 제어 방법으로서,
하기 조건 (ⅰ) 및/또는 (ⅱ) 를 만족하는 경우에, 상기 공정 (1) 에 있어서의 염소 및 일산화탄소의 공급을 정지시킴과 함께, 올리고머 반응기에 대한 포스겐 가스의 공급을 정지시키고, 또한 포스겐 가스를 함유하는 유독 가스를 제해 수단으로 이송하여 무해화하는 폴리카보네이트 올리고머 연속 제조의 제어 방법.
조건 (ⅰ) : 포스겐 반응기의 냉각수 유량 (F1) 이 정상시에서 25 % 이상 저하되었을 경우.
조건 (ⅱ) : 포스겐 반응기 냉각수 출구 온도 (T1) 가 정상시에서 5 ℃ 이상 상승했을 경우. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제해 수단이 포스겐 가스를 함유하는 유독 가스를 알칼리 수용액과 접촉시켜 무해화하는 수단인 폴리카보네이트 올리고머 연속 제조의 제어 방법.
