도 2는 동 실시 형태에 관하여, 도 1의 차동 기어 장치의 쇄선 사각의 부분에 대해, 용접의 모습을 도시하는 확대 단면도.
도 3은 동 실시 형태에 관하여, 도 2의 쇄선 사각의 부분을 도시하는 확대 단면도.
도 4는 동 실시 형태에 관하여, 도 3의 부분의 용접 전의 상태를 도시하는 확대 단면도.
도 5는 동 실시 형태에 관하여, 용접 품질 검사의 모습을 도시하는 도 3에 준하는 단면도.
도 6은 동 실시 형태에 관하여, 종래예와 본 실시 형태의 용접 후의 피로 강도의 차이를 나타내는 그래프.
도 7은 동 실시 형태에 관하여, 용접 비드가 초음파 센서에 의해 검출되지 않는 경우의 모습을 도시하는 단면도.

Claims (4)
- 제1 부재와 제2 부재의 대향면 사이에 맞댐부를 설치하는 동시에, 상기 맞댐부에 인접하는 2단의 간극을 설치하고, 상기 2단의 간극의 반대측에 위치하는 상기 맞댐부의 조인트로부터 상기 2단의 간극을 향해 용입된 용접 비드를 상기 맞댐부에 용접에 의해 형성하여 이루어지는 용접에 의한 조인트 구조이며,
상기 대향면의 사이에서는, 상기 맞댐부 이외의 부분이 서로 이격되어 있고,
상기 용접 비드의 폭을 A, 상기 2단의 간극 중 상기 맞댐부에 인접하는 1단째의 간극의 폭을 B, 상기 2단의 간극 중 상기 1단째의 간극에 인접하는 2단째의 간극의 폭을 C로 하였을 때, B<A/2<C의 관계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접에 의한 조인트 구조. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대향면은 원환상을 이루고, 상기 맞댐부, 상기 1단째의 간극 및 상기 2단째의 간극은 순차 동심원 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 맞댐부에 상기 1단째의 간극에 도달하는 용접 비드를 원주 방향으로 연속적으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접에 의한 조인트 구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 용접에 의한 조인트 구조의 초음파 센서를 사용한 용접 품질 검사 방법이며,
상기 초음파 센서에 의한 검사 범위의 일단부를, 상기 맞댐부와 상기 1단째의 간극과의 경계에 정합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접 품질 검사 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 1단째의 간극의 길이를, 상기 초음파 센서에 의한 검사 범위의 폭 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접 품질 검사 방법.
