Claims (15)
- 4 내지 50 범위의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비 및 하소된 제올라이트 물질의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 10 중량% 범위의, CuO로서 보고된 구리 함량을 갖고, 1.5 내지 12 중량% 범위의, 산화 금속으로서 보고된 알칼리 금속 함량을 갖는 구리 함유 ZSM-34, 오프레타이트(OFF) 및/또는 에리오나이트(ERI) 제올라이트 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
1.5 내지 5 중량% 범위의, 산화 금속으로서 보고된 알칼리 금속 함량을 갖는 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
신선하거나(fresh) 750 ℃ 노화된 제올라이트 물질의 경우 하소된 제올라이트 물질의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 5 중량% 범위, 또는 800 ℃ 노화된 제올라이트 물질의 경우 하소된 제올라이트 물질의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 3.5 중량% 범위의, CuO로서 보고된 구리 함량을 갖는 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
8 내지 15 범위의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖는 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
10 내지 15의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖고
신선하거나 10% 증기 하에 750 ℃에서 24 시간 동안 노화된 경우, 구리 대 알루미늄의 원자비가 0.04 내지 0.5의 범위이고;
10% 증기 하에 800 ℃에서 12 시간 동안 노화된 경우, 구리 대 알루미늄의 원자비가 0.04 내지 0.28의 범위인 반면;
4 내지 10의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖고
신선하거나 10% 증기 하에 750 ℃에서 24 시간 동안 노화된 경우, 구리 대 알루미늄의 원자비가 0.02 내지 0.5의 범위이고;
10% 증기 하에 800 ℃에서 12 시간 동안 노화된 경우, 구리 대 알루미늄의 원자비가 0.02 내지 0.2의 범위인
구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
4 내지 15의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖고
신선한 물질, 10% 증기 하에 750 ℃에서 24 시간 동안 노화된 물질 또는 10% 증기 하에 800 ℃에서 12 시간 동안 노화된 물질의 경우, 2 배의 Cu 및 알칼리 금속의 합 대 알루미늄의 원자비 (2Cu+M)/Al이 0.21 내지 1의 범위인
구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
10 내지 15의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖고
신선한 물질, 10% 증기 하에 750 ℃에서 24 시간 동안 노화된 물질 또는 10% 증기 하에 800 ℃에서 12 시간 동안 노화된 물질의 경우, 구리 대 양성자의 원자비가 0.05 내지 1000의 범위인 반면;
4 내지 10의 실리카 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖고
신선한 물질, 10% 증기 하에 750 ℃에서 24 시간 동안 노화된 물질 또는 10% 증기 하에 800 ℃에서 12 시간 동안 노화된 물질의 경우, 구리 대 양성자의 원자비가 0.02 내지 500의 범위인
구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
80000 h-1의 부피 기준 기체 시공 속도에서 측정 시,
신선한 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질이 200 ℃에서 50% 이상 및 450 ℃에서 70% 이상의 NO 전환을 나타내고;
750 ℃ 노화된 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질이 200 ℃에서 50% 이상 및 450 ℃에서 65% 이상의 NO 전환을 나타내고;
800 ℃ 노화된 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질이 200 ℃에서 50% 이상 및 450 ℃에서 70% 이상의 NO 전환을 나타내는
구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
DIN ISO 9277에 따라 측정 시, 랭뮤어(Langmuir) 표면적이 400 내지 900 ㎡/g의 범위이고, 표면적이 1 내지 48 시간 범위의 시간 동안 10 부피% 이하의 수증기의 존재 하에서 750 ℃의 온도에 노출 후 그의 신선한 표면적의 70% 이상을 유지하는 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
ZSM-34가 사용되는 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질. - 기질 상에 배치된 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질을 함유하는 촉매.
- 암모늄 교환을 수행하지 않는, 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질의 제조 방법.
- 질소 산화물 NOx의 선택적 환원(SCR)을 위한; NH3의 산화를 위한; N2O의 분해를 위한; 매연 산화를 위한; 첨단 배출 시스템에서 배출 조절을 위한; 유동 접촉 분해(FCC) 공정에서 첨가제로서; 유기물질 전환 반응에서 촉매로서; 또는 고정 발생원 공정에서 촉매로서 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질을 함유하는 촉매 또는 제 11 항에 따른 촉매의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질을 함유하는 촉매 또는 제 11 항에 따른 촉매 및 암모니아를 함유하는 배기가스 스트림, 매연 필터 및 디젤 산화 촉매를 포함하는 배기가스 처리 시스템.
- 질소 산화물 NOx의 선택적인 환원 방법으로, 상기 질소 산화물 NOx를 함유하는 기상 스트림을 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구리 함유 ZSM-34, OFF 및/또는 ERI 제올라이트 물질과 접촉시키는 방법.
