Claims (20)
- 물이 없이 중합체에 의하여 무기 수화물에 결합된 목질 섬유소 섬유를 포함하는 섬유질 양생 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목질 섬유소 섬유는 상기 무기 수화물에 결합되기 이전에 의도적으로 지향된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 수화물은 석고, 알루미나 삼수화물, 석회, 붕사 또는 벤토나이트의 수화물 형태들로부터 하나 혹은 그 이상이 단독으로 또는 조합으로 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 폴리우레탄인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목질 섬유소 섬유는 대마, 아마, 양마, 황마, 모시 또는 그 밖의 인피섬유 타입식물들로부터 하나 혹은 그 이상이 단독 또는 조합으로 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 목질 섬유소 섬유는, 또한 일반적으로 목재 또는 엔지니어링 목재 제품들 또는 부품들로서 언급되는 건물 또는 건축 재료들, 가구 또는 그 밖의 실내 또는 실외 용도 제품들을 제작하기 위하여 사용된 목재 섬유의 다수의 종(species)들로부터 하나 혹은 그 이상이 단독 또는 조합으로 사용되는 것을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목질 섬유소 섬유는 기계를 이용하여 조각난 또는 분쇄된 종이이거나, 또는 이를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 자연적 또는 강제적 펠트화 기술들을 이용하여 의도적으로 지향된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 지향된 가닥 보드 및/또는 긴 가닥의 재목 제작 방법들 및 장치를 사용하여 의도적으로 지향된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 기계를 이용하여 조각난 또는 분쇄된, '보플'로도 불리우는 종이를, 무기 수화물 및 중합체의 섞인 혼합물내로 혼합시키고 또는 교반시킴으로써 의도적으로 지향된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 성분들의 하나 혹은 그 이상은, 양생전에 무기한적으로 상기 조성물을 미양생 상태로 유지시키기 위하여 혼합되지 않는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수화물은 5 중량% 미만의 자유 수분을 포함하고, 그리고 상기 섬유는 15 중량% 미만의 자유 수분을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 물이 없이 중합체로 목질 섬유소 섬유를 무기 수화물에 결합시키는 것을 포함하는 섬유질 양생 조성물 생산 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 추가적으로 무기 수화물과의 결합 이전 또는 도중에, 상기 섬유 성분들을 지향시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 추가적으로 상기 섬유를 상기 수화물에 결합시키기 전에, 상기 섬유를 물에 혼합시켜서 걸죽한 수성 슬러리를 형성하고, 상기 슬러리를 교반시키며, 상기 섬유를 펠트화 유도시켜서 섬유질 매트를 형성하고, 그리고 상기 매트를 건조시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
