도 2는 본 발명에 따른 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치의 모습을 개략적으로 나타낸 사시도.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치의 디스플레이부의 모습을 개략적으로 나타낸 분해도.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치를 기존의 도로안전표지판에 설치하는 모습을 개략적으로 나타낸 사용상태도.

Claims (6)
- 태양에너지를 전기에너지로 변환 가능한 태양전지를 포함하는 태양광 패널;
상기 태양광 패널에 그 일단이 접속되어 형성되고, 상기 태양광 패널로부터 발생되는 전기에너지를 외부로 전달하는 전선부; 및
상기 전선부의 타단과 접속되어 형성되고, 상기 전선부로부터 전달되는 전기에너지를 빛에너지로 전환하여 외부로 빛을 출사시키는 한 쌍의 디스플레이부;
를 포함하고,
상기 한 쌍의 디스플레이부는 금속 또는 플라스틱으로 구성된 하부 케이싱; 상기 하부 케이싱의 상부면에 적층되는 반사필름; 상기 반사필름 상부면에 배치되고, 상기 전선부와 연결된 내부 전선 및 전기에너지를 빛에너지로 전환 가능한 LED 소자를 포함하는 LED 모듈; 및 상기 LED 모듈의 상부에 배치되어 상기 LED 모듈로부터 출사되는 빛을 집광 및 증폭시키는 프레넬렌즈부;를 포함하는 하나의 디스플레이부의 측면을 상호 부착 또는 결합시켜 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 태양광 패널은 그 후면에 배치되는 축전지 및 컨트롤러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이싱은 주석(Sn) 도금 강판 또는 아연(Zn) 도금 강판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 디스플레이부는 프레넬렌즈부 상부면에 배치되고, 상기 하부 케이싱과 결합하여 밀봉 처리되며, 그 표면이 확산제로 처리되어 확산판의 기능을 가지는 상부 케이싱을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레넬렌즈부는 적어도 하나 이상의 동심원 구조의 패턴 형상을 가지고, 상기 LED 소자는 적어도 하나 이상으로 구성되어 수직 좌표 상에서 상기 동심원의 중심에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이싱은 소정의 위치에 볼트 또는 나사가 관통할 수 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 체결홈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 패널을 이용한 LED 도로안전표지장치.
