Claims (13)
- 폴리비닐알코올, 물 및 소수성 에어로겔을 1:2 내지 30:0.2 내지 5 중량비로 포함하며, 점도가 50cP 내지 50,000cP인 복합 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 소수성 에어로겔 중량대비 1 내지 10중량비로 추가로 포함하는 복합 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 무기 충진제를 소수성 에어로겔 중량대비 1중량비 이하로 추가로 포함하는 복합 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 경화제를 폴리비닐알코올 중량대비 1 내지 5 중량비로 추가로 포함하는 복합 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 에어로겔은 평균입도가 1㎛ 내지 5㎜인 복합 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 단열 복합체는 열전도도가 30 mW/mk 내지 39 mW/mk인 복합 조성물.
- 폴리비닐알코올과 50℃ 내지 100℃의 물을 1:2 내지 1:30의
중량비로 혼합하여, 점도 50 cP 내지 50,000 cP의 폴리비닐알코올 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 폴리비닐알코올 수용액에 소수성 에어로겔을 1:0.2 내지 1:5의 폴리비닐알코올: 소수성 에어로겔 중량비로 첨가하고 400rpm 내지 10,000rpm으로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 복합 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 에어로겔을 첨가하기 전에, 상기 소수성 에어로겔과 함께 혹은 상기 소수성 에어로겔을 첨가한 후에, 계면활성제를 소수성 에어로겔 중량대비 1 내지 10중량비로 추가로 첨가하는 단열복합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 에어로겔을 첨가하기 전에, 상기 소수성 에어로겔과 함께 혹은 상기 소수성 에어로겔을 첨가한 후에, 무기 충진제를 소수성 에어로겔 중량 대비 1중량비 이하로 추가로 첨가하는 단열복합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 에어로겔을 첨가한 후에, 경화제를 폴리비닐알코올 중량대비 1 내지 25 중량비로 추가로 첨가하는 단열복합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 에어로겔은 평균입도가 1㎛ 내지 5㎜인 복합 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 단열 복합체는 열전도도가 30 mW/mk 내지 39 mW/mk인 복합 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 복합 조성물은 점도가 50 cp 내지 50,000cp인 복합 조성물의 제조방법.
