도 4는 본 발명의 또 다른 하나의 실시예에 따른 곡면 반사경 구조의 개략적인 입체사시도이고,
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 반사경 전체 구조의 제조공정 흐름도이고,
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 곡면 지지장치의 개략적인 구조도이다
Claims (29)
- 평면 유리구조체, 중간 접착층, 및 평면 유리경을 포함하고, 상기 중간 접착층은 기계적 방식에 의해 금형의 지지하에서 만곡 변형되도록 상기 평면 유리구조체와 상기 평면 유리경의 중간에 위치하며 가열 및/또는 자외선 조사 및/또는 상온 고화 방식에 의해 만곡 변형된 상기 평면 유리구조체, 중간 접착층, 및 평면 유리경을 고화시키고 결합시켜서 복합 곡면 구조로 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 조사방식은 자외선 램프 조사 방식 또는 태양광 조사 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층은 보강 정형물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층은 핫 멜트 접착시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핫 멜트 접착시트는 에틸렌초산비닐 공중합체 또는 폴리비닐부티랄인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층은 핫 멜트 접착시트와 보강 정형물을 포함하고 상기 핫 멜트 접착시트는 상기 보강 정형물 위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층은 액상광 고화접착제와 보강 정형물을 포함하고 상기 액상광 고화접착제는 상기 보강 정형물 위에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 액상광 고화접착제는 UV 바인더인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층은 일반적인 화학 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층은 일반적인 화학 접착제와 보강 정형물을 포함하고 상기 화학 접착제는 상기 보강 정형물 위에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 일반적인 화학 접착제는 단일 성분, 2개 성분 또는 다수 성분으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제3항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 정형물은 유리섬유천 또는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 곡면 반사경의 테두리 또는 곡면 반사경 전부를 상기 곡면 반사경을 고정하기 위한 거울 홀더에 안착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 유리구조체는 강화 유리이고 상기 평면 유리경은 강화 유리경인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 유리구조체는 비강화 유리이고 상기 평면 유리경은 비강화 유리경인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 중간 접착층의 두께는 0.1mm 내지 2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 유리구조체의 두께는 2mm 내지 5mm이고 상기 평면 유리경의 두께는 0.5mm 내지 3.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 곡면 반사경은 오목경 또는 볼록경인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 유리구조체는 다층 평면 유리이고 상기 다층 평면 유리는 연속적이고 큰 사이즈의 접착층에 의해 고정되고 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 유리구조체는 이중층 평면 유리이며 제1평면 유리는 상기 평면 유리경에 근접하고 그 아래에 배치되는 제2평면 유리의 사이즈는 상기 제1평면 유리보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 유리경과 상기 제1평면 유리는 축방향에서 어긋난 배열로 상기 제2평면 유리에 배치되어 큰 사이즈의 곡면 반사경을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2평면 유리, 제1평면 유리는 상기 평면 유리경의 사이즈와 일치하고 축방향에서 엇갈리게 배치하고 고화시켜서 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경.
- 평면 유리경, 중간 접착층, 평면 유리구조체를 차례로 곡면 지지장치에 배치하는 단계; 기계방식으로 금형의 지지하에서 만곡 변형시키는 단계; 가열 및/또는 자외선 조사 및/또는 상온 고화 방식에 의해 만곡 변형된 상기 평면 유리구조체, 중간 접착층, 및 평면 유리경을 고화시키고 압착하여 복합 곡면 반사경을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 고화 및 압착 단계를 수행하기 전에, 상기 평면 유리경의 탄력성을 이용하여 상기 평면 유리경, 평면 유리구조체를 예비적으로 상기 곡면 지지장치에 압착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 평면 유리경, 중간 접착층, 및 평면 유리구조체를 차례로 곡면 지지장치에 배치하는 단계를 수행하기 전에, 상기 곡면 지지장치를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 곡면 지지장치는 받침대와 곡면 지지부재를 포함하고, 상기 곡면 반사경이 제조된 후의 탄성 회복량이 보충되도록 상기 곡면 지지부재의 곡률이 목적하는 곡면 반사경의 곡률보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 고화 및 압착 단계를 수행한 후에, 상기 고화 및 압착 단계 후에 형성된 기기를 다듬고 검사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 다듬고 검사하는 단계를 수행한 후에, 상기 형성된 곡면 반사경을 거울 홀더에 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 방식은 금형을 진공 처리하거나 또는 상기 금형내의 평면 유리구조체, 상기 중간 접착층, 및 상기 평면 유리경에 압력을 가하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 곡면 반사경의 제조방법.
