Claims (15)
- 두 가지 이상의 유동가능한 성분들을 혼합하고 분무하기 위한 정적 분무 혼합기(static spray mixer)로서,
상기 성분들을 위한 배출구(22)를 가진 원단부(distal end)(21)까지 종축(A) 방향으로 연장되는 관형 혼합기 하우징(2),
상기 혼합기 하우징(2)에 배치된, 상기 성분들을 혼합하기 위한 하나 이상의 혼합 요소(3),
상기 혼합기 하우징(2)을 그 단부 영역에서 둘러싸는 내면을 가지는 무화 슬리브(atomization sleeve)(4)
를 구비하고,
상기 무화 슬리브(4)는 압축된 무화 매체(atomization medium)를 위한 주입구 채널(41)을 구비하고,
복수의 그루브(5)가 상기 혼합기 하우징(2)의 외면 또는 상기 무화 슬리브(4)의 내면에 제공되고, 상기 그루브(5)는 상기 원단부를 향하여 각각 연장되고, 상기 무화 슬리브(4)와 상기 혼합기 하우징(2) 사이에 분리된 유동 채널(51)을 형성하며, 상기 유동 채널(51)을 통하여 상기 무화 매체가 상기 무화 슬리브(4)의 상기 주입구 채널(41)로부터 상기 혼합기 하우징(2)의 상기 원단부(21)까지 유동가능하며,
상기 주입구 채널(41)은 상기 종축(A)에 대하여 비대칭적으로 배치된,
정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 주입구 채널(41)은 상기 종축(A)에 수직한 상기 무화 슬리브(4)의 내면 내로 개방된, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기 하우징(2)은 상기 원단부(21)를 향하여 가늘어지는 원단부 영역(27)을 구비하고, 상기 무화 슬리브(4)의 내면은 상기 원단부 영역(27)과 협력하도록 구성된, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기 하우징(2)의 상기 원단부(27)는 상기 무화 슬리브(4)를 넘어서 돌출된, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 그루브(5)의 범위가 외주 방향(peripheral direction) 성분을 가진, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 그루브(5)는 상기 종축(A)에 대하여 실질적으로 나선형 범위를 가진, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유동 채널(51)은, 유동 방향으로 볼 때 처음에는 좁아지다가 그 다음에는 넓어지는 유동 단면을 가진 라발 노즐(Laval nozzle)의 원리에 따라 구성된, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 그루브(5)는, 유동 방향으로 볼 때 외주 방향에 대하여 좁아지는, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유동 채널(51) 각각은 유동 방향으로 상기 종축(A)을 향하여 개별적으로 변화하는 기울기를 가진, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 그루브(5) 각각은 유동 방향으로 볼 때 줄지어 배치된 3개의 섹션(52, 53, 54)을 가지고, 중간 섹션(53)의 상기 종축(A)을 향한 기울기가 2개의 인접한 섹션(52, 54)의 기울기보다 큰, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 그루브(5) 각각은 유동 방향으로 볼 때 상기 종축(A)을 향한 기울기가 연속적으로 변화하는 영역(56)을 가진, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 무화 슬리브(1)는 무나사산(thread-free) 방식으로 상기 혼합기 하우징(2)에 연결된, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무화 슬리브(13)는 밀봉 스냅인 연결부(sealing snap-in connection)(24, 43)을 이용하여 상기 혼합기 하우징(2)에 결합되는, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기 하우징(2)은 상기 원단부 영역(27)의 외부에서 상기 종축(A)에 수직한 실질적으로 직사각형, 바람직하게는 정사각형 단면을 가지고, 상기 혼합 요소(3)는 상기 종축(A)에 수직한 직사각형, 바람직하게는 정사각형으로서 구성된, 정적 분무 혼합기. - 제1 항 내지 제14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합기 하우징(2) 및/또는 상기 무화 슬리브(4)는 사출 성형되고, 바람직하게는 열가소성 플라스틱으로 만들어진, 정적 분무 혼합기.
