Claims (5)
- 규소, 알루미늄 및 유로퓸을 함유하는 원료 분말을 혼합하는 혼합 공정과, 혼합하여 얻은 원료를 비활성 가스 또는 비산화성 가스의 분위기 하에서 소성하여 일반식:Si6 - zAlzOzN8 -z:Eu(O<z<4.2)으로 나타나는 β형 사이알론을 생성하는 소성 공정과, 생성한 β형 사이알론을 어닐 처리하는 어닐 공정과, 어닐 처리한 β형 사이알론을 산용액에 담그는 산처리 공정을 갖는 β형 사이알론 형광체의 제조 방법으로서, 어닐 처리는 환원성 분위기 하에서 분위기 압력이 1kPa이상 10MPa이하, 분위기 온도 1200℃이상 1600℃이하, 처리 시간 1시간 이상 24시간 이하로 행하는 β형 사이알론의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 환원성 분위기가 수소 가스인 β형 사이알론의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 환원성 분위기가 환원성 가스와 비활성 가스의 혼합 가스이고, 혼합 가스 중의 수소 가스 농도가 1부피% 이상인 β형 사이알론의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산처리 공정의 산용액이 적어도 불화 수소산과 질산을 포함한 혼산인 β형 사이알론의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
소성은 1850℃이상의 온도의 분위기에서 행하는 β형 사이알론의 제조 방법.
